Our pizza was to be delivered between 6:26p & 6:39pm, when we ordered online tonight. It has been in quality check since 5:50pm, 1 hr now. It is 7:06pm & still not delivered to us. Was on the phone waiting & no one will answer the phones at this location. I'm unable to drive right now, so I had to send my teen son to them on Holland Rd to find out where our order is. Just awful, just awful.My husband had to request a full refund one other time, just to go buy our food elsewhere. What the heck has happened to this location?

I placed an order online. When I arrived to pick it up, the guy couldn't find my pizza. Then he said he found it and handed me a box. I asked if he was sure and he assured me that it was correct. I shouldn't have believed the guy.When I got home it wasn't my pizza and it was cold. They just handed me someone else's cold pizza. I was too tire to drive back to complain. I tried calling the store..... No one would answer...they never answer! All they care about is getting your money. They already got my money so why would they care.I will never go back there again! They seldom get your order right and I should have known to check the pizza before I left the store.

My friends placed an order and shortly after we received a call saying there were no delivery drivers. We went to pick up our order and when we arrived there was a black woman sitting down in the lobby with airpods in who treated us terribly the entire time we were there. She lied about the phone not working, complained about our requests for condiments and did not make us feel welcome. The men in the back were friendly and the food was still good but that woman left a sour taste in our mouths.

HORRIBLE!!!! I waited in my car almost 10 minutes for curbside before going in. The music was blaring and the manager on duty literally screamed at the team members "turn the [email protected] music down! We can't get these pizzas out because your music"As I waited foe the manager and watched, the team members making the pizzas are not wearing gloves or hats/hair nets and they were touching their phones, thw speakers, adjusting their hair. GROSS!!!She finally came to the counter and told me my order was working. It was sitting on the counter in the back. It's cold and when I asked about remaking it, I was told I would have to wait until the other orders were done.Absolutely NO guest relations or even a thank you for putting up with our terrible service!

How does this place have less than 4 stars? Since moving to the area, comparing them to Pizza Hut in particular, food is done on time or early...and never cold or stale! Staff is super polite, and they know how to run a pizza operation properly: pickup or delivery. I particularly like their thin crust and $7.99 deals.

If I could give a negative zero, I would, I think it is ridiculous that we pay for service that is this bad. The pizza workers USE to be respectful and treated you like you mattered, but now it's just horrible, on 3/5/22 I ordered Pizza for my family, I live literally 8 min away from the store, but it took them an hour to get to us, then the Pizza was cold and wet, I called the store and the rude girl that answered the phone stated she would comp my account which she did not, I called today because it has been a week thinking I could get it resolved only to have the manager to hang up on me while I was explaining, the service there has gone down, I don't know if it is a new crew, but I will never buy anything from them again, this is horrible, and if this is the quality that dominos offers, I will eat at home, even on a busy night and I don't have time to cook, I they will not get my business

My daughter got a gift card for Christmas, today she used it to order her a pizza, she used the automatic location feature on her phone when ordering, which thanks to Apple is not accurate as it gave the wrong address for delivery.Gift card went through, order was made and said to be delivered. It wasn’t till I reviewed the order that the address was wrong.Tried calling the store numerous times but no one answered. Keep in mind I’m doing this from work. The “pizza tracker” didn’t work, said the order was made and sent out but the driver couldn’t be tracked, the “2minutes away” notification never came either. No one called to verify they were delivering to the correct address.At the end of the day, I’m left with a $25 gift card that went to waste, a hungry teenager and a distaste for this location. I’ll probably never order from this location again. At the least I would’ve like to have spoken to someone about it, maybe gotten something worked out.

If I could give them a zero I would ! I called domino’s in hopes to order a pizza but I was on hold for 12 MINUTES no one came to answer the phone called another domino’s and I was told, “ unfortunately they do not answer their phone”! What is the point of having the phone if your not going to answer customers!

I don't care for the taste of domino's pizza. It's a bit like eating palatable sawdust!! The sauce is way to thin, and the cheese is not "real". I guess that is what keeps their prices low, but you might as well forget the pizza, go buy yourself a loaf of good french bread and spread some butter on it, and chew on a tasty salami role! It will probably taste better!

My order was over 30 min late and the food was barely even war anymore. Plus this is the 2nd time I've had a terrible experience, last time my food never even showed and I've never received a word from them or a refund no matter how many times I call or reported the issue. Specifically, there always seems to be a problem when the shift manager Andria is working, she needs to go!
