If I could give a ZERO star I would. I placed an order for the Mansfield location (store #6565) on the web with an estimated completed time of 26-36 minutes. I arrive in the store 40minutes after the order was placed and was informed that my order would be ready in about an additional 30 minutes. I was initially concerned about the additional wait but I decided to wait until the order was finished. After about 35 additional minutes, I was informed that my order was ready. Then I was told that they are only taking cash. At this point now there is serious customer service problem. This is completely unacceptable and I know Dominos has a higher standard for customer service. Not sure I would go back here until there is better management.

App said wait would be 20min so I ordered a pizza, waited over an hour for a pickup order (1 pizza), app never updated so I tried calling the store twice to see if pizza was ready, waited 10min on the phone (5min each call), nobody ever answered. Went to the store to see if pizza was ready, it hadn’t even been started.They said their phone was turned off because they were so busy. Person ahead of me in line canceled his order too.It would have been fine if someone would have just answered the phone, would have saved me the trip and the hassle.

This location is the literal worst Domino's location I have ever ordered from. It could be a Saturday during dinner rush or Tuesday afternoon and it will still take forever to get your pizza. The last 2 times I have ordered, my pizza has been made and sat in "quality check" for 40+ minutes. My house is less than a mile and a half from this place. Pizza is never hot when it makes it to your door. I will not be ordering from here again.

I have been 9x out of 10x satisfied with my order. I order pizza from here at least every two weeks. Learned if I order on Friday or Saturday evenings to pick up vs delivery because they are so busy. The last few Ultimate Peperoni pizzas with extra sauce, medium crust have been especially good!!Note I always order online. Once in a whole the website isn't working likely due to number of orders at once.

I ordered a large pizza for my daughter tonight while my wife and I were on a date. The order took almost 2 hours to be delivered tonight after receiving an email that it would deliver in 37-47 minutes. The tracker was stuck at checking quality for an hour and 20 minutes before delivering. I tried calling multiple times to check on the order, and no one ever answered. I finally drove to the store to find out the real status of the order and learned that they just sent it out for delivery. When I asked for a discount for how long it took to receive my order, I was told no because they are short staffed and everyone is having delays in delivery. I asked about the tracker and was told it's almost always wrong and that it doesn't take into account how many orders are ahead of mine. I suggested they might want to start telling people that so we don't expect the order based on the tracker status. They should also update their email order estimation timing as well. The managers basic attitude was this is just the way it is, and I need to accept poor execution and poor communication as the standard. You have successfully lost me as a customer based on this single egregious interaction and dismissive attitude of the manager.

This is the worse Dominos in history. This is the only location that always have an excuse about why they messed up your order or cannot deliver. I called one time because my order said delivered and I had never received my pizza. I was told the tracker is wrong and that they cannot deliver my pizza they only have one driver but I can come pick it up if I really want the pizza. I was upset because it would have been nice to know instead of waiting for nobody to ever show up nor did I receive a phone call about my order. IT IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH THIS LOCATION!!!

I called domino’s in hopes to order a pizza but I was on hold for 10 MINUTES no one came to answer the phone called another domino’s and I was told, “ unfortunately they do not answer their phone”! What is the point of having the phone if your not going to answer customers!

We have ordered two times in the past week. The first order took over 2 hours to deliver and this one is already an hour and a half late. Sorry if your store is having hiring issues but at this point you might as well shut off online ordering until you can complete your deliveries in a timely manner. Answering the phone and updating people on their order might help as well. It might save your business in the long run. As of now, we wont be ordering again.

Dont waste your time or dime. Ordered pizza over an hour ahead came in to pick it up wasnt ready and would be at least 30 more minutes. Whatever happened to the old Domino delivery in 30 minutes or it is free.

Rude staff, don't answer the phone for 20 minutes (but no customers), won't do curbside carry out (consistent free pizzas so there's that), pizza is not consistent with two pizzas having wildly different amounts of toppings and cheese. Hasn't always been this way but the last year they have been consistently horrible
