Ordered the rib special. which comes with potato salad. Nothing came but ribs. No pickles , onions or the side that as advertised. Call the store talked to the manager who was absolutely ruder than rude and disrespectful.and unaware if what the specials are. But if you go in the app before beginning rude to paying customers, you can figure it out.. REALLY POOR service. He said they can't guess the sides. But they didn't even delivered what was on the ticket. Would give zero stars but it won't let me.

My previous visit left me unimpressed and disappointed because I was expecting good ol'Texas BBQ... Fast forward to my most recent visit hoping that after corresponding with the marketing team and offering my constructive critique this visit would be redemptive. I am happy to say that my expectations were met and then some! I can't let hubris allow me to think that my one opinion caused this change but I am none the less sincerely grateful that I was heard and taken seriously by the folks at Dicky's... Seems like I found my new go to spot for good BBQ ?

THIS RESTAURANT IS BADLY MANAGED AND IS RIPPING ME OFF. I placed a large online order. When I arrived, they had no record of the order -- except OF COURSE on my credit card! I'm having to dispute their charge through my credit card company because I can't waste any more time trying to get these people to issue a refund FOR FOOD THEY NEVER PROVIDED.Also, it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone and their voicemail box is full. No one was manning the drive-thru when we were there. The website states they have curbside - they don't. Maybe the food is okay? But I'll never know because I will never order from this restaurant again.

I made an online order through the app for this location on 3/30/22. I ordered a special they were running that included 2 two meat plates that came with four sides. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted by a female and male employee. I then informed the staff that I had a mobile order. As they finished packing my order, I noticed that instead of 4 sides, I saw 3. I then immediately brought this to the female employee's attention. She then read off from a receipt the different sides I had to which I confirmed my choices. However, I specifically remembered ordering 2 potato salads. Once I got back in my car to check my food, I also checked my app and printed receipt. Sure enough the special did come with 4 sides and on the receipt it indicated that I had selected two potato salads.I went back in with my bags and receipt. The female employee now seemed preoccupied and did not make eye contact as I came back in. As I was trying to explain the situation to the male employee, a gentleman from behind me stated that he could help me. I assume he was a manager. When I explained the situation to him, he immediately took care of the issue. He truly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. So much so, that I had to ask his name. His name is Mike. I give this establishment 5 stars because of his phenomenal customer service skills. I will definitely be back. He truly made me feel like a valued customer.

Ordered the rib plate. Ribs were cold...not even lukewarm but cold. The BBQ baked beans were hot but tasted burnt and the baked potatoe casserole was ok.Staff not friendly and slow....seemed like they'd rather be someplace else.Don't think I'll waste my money here again.

This place just keeps going down hill.I keep giving them a chance since they are just around the corner and we love Bar B Q.But we just came home with a rack of ribs that were the worst I have ever had anywhere and the rolls were awful and cheap and way …way to much salt on the fried okra.Just told my wife that is the last time….never eating there again and wasting my money only to be disappointed.Richard

New management here just in the past 5 days and they are awesome! Everyone was friendly, polite, and fast, and the food was fresh and back to what we expect from Dickey’s! Yay our neighborhood Dickey’s is being revitalized!

I will never visit this location again. Terrible food and horrible service. They attempted to charge me an additional $5 for a 2 meat plate from that was listed on the drive thru menu. They stated prices went up and the menu was never updated. I found reviews stating this from several months ago and the restaurant has not attempted to make this fix.

I at here for the first time today, and I was really impressed. The ribs were on point and delicious. The sausage was spicy, and the crew was really helpful!

This has got to be the worst location I’ve ever been too. Not only are they slow, they’re out of something every time. Last week the only side items left were bbq beans and chips. I ordered food, paid, and as I was getting my food they informed me they were out of bbq sauce! How is a bbq establishment out of bbq sauce! Wouldn’t be that big of a deal if the bbq wasn’t dryer than the Sahara desert! Just tried to go up there and get some food and they’re closed even though they’re hours say they’re open till 9. I guess the employees just decide when they want to stay till. Place definitely needs new management. Update: came back about a week later on a Sunday at noon, still closed.
