Once we got a table, service was fast. Food server was awesome. Food was well prepared. This is one of the better Dennys and recommended. Staff were all in masks. That left my head scratching, as none of the customers were masked. It was as if we went back in time to 2020 - 2021. Must be a Stasi-management thing. Sad.

You all i have to let you know that this place is not good. I gave one star because we went here and the food was absolutely horrible. We had a party of five. Only had one plate that was okay and that was the zesty nachos that my son ordered. The sausage was not cooked correctly, undercooked. The bacon was undercooked. The hash browns were over cooked the pancakes were small and overcooked, hard. The French fries were very salty and not cooked throughly. We ask for the manager I ask her name and she stated Karen and her response was that they had a cook in training that was just throwing food out the kitchen. First of all that was very unacceptable and not funny at all. My response to her was that people can get sick from raw food. She stated that she could take the bacon off the ticket and give us a discount. I really wish that they could have made everything fresh. It was not about the money. It was about the experience with my family. We went there for brunch to enjoy a nice meal and this Denny's failed us tremendously. I still paid for my meal although it was not good the discount was for 15 percent which was like a slap in the face. The order could have been cooked correctly and payment rendered to cashier no one comes to eat and want to experience something so horrible. One good thing I can say Is that Ms Susan our waitress was so sweet I gave her a tip because she was so kind from the first time we walked into the restaurant. Denny's on broad Mansfield please get your cooks together because people die everyday from food poisoning. Very dangerous. Also the manager said that she did not want to go reprimand the cooks right then because she did not want to make them mad.But you wouldn't mind given me food poisoning. This is wrong on every level.

As always, food & service was impeccable. Staff is always welcoming. We recently moved to Mansfield & this is a nice, quiet date night away from the kids. 6th visit & still haven’t been let down.

Restaurant did not honor a birthday reward. We were unable to redeem the reward because the app indicated we’d “clicked on the offer too many times”. Mind you, we never attempted to click on the redeem reward button until we were at the register. Management should have had the ability to make it right … but she didn’t and, consequently, lost a customer.

Not a great dining experience. Our table was not cleaned.. took 45 minutes to get our food.. Our server was not attentive at all.. The eggs on my pate smelled rotten, they were definitely not fresh.. the manager seemed to be working hard but her team is letting her down.. don’t think we will eat here again.

The parking lot and store were spotless. It smelled good walking in the door, like good cooking smell, no old grease. The service was friendly, beginning to end. The food was hot and delicious. Nothing to complain about. We will be back!

I went there tonight and they were desperately understaffed. However, Blessing, the other waitress and the cook were amazing under pressure. All young people with positive attitudes and great work ethic. I was impressed. My food came out a bit messed up and though the cook was overwhelmed, he handled it all with a smile and so did Blessing. Great Job. Way to make a customer feel welcomed and appreciated.

It will depend on the server. Stephanie is awesome, BTW. But, whenever I order something to go, I am missing items that I paid for. Ej. Today I ordered a BYO slam and decided to have 2 extra eggs, which I paid for, and when I got home, they were missing. I believe that they are not reading the order and somebody is not rechecking when packaging it. If you left a complaint thru the app, nobody returns your message, nor they give you a refund. It looks like this is a SOP or instructions given. If it were an isolated case, I will think that is human error, but it is almost every time that I order an extra item. In the meantime, I lost money and they gained the extra money and the food that I didn’t get.

Been patient with the lack of staff and slow service for a while. Today, no one even bothered to seat us. We decided to leave and just order, since they seemed to be getting to go orders out. The police show up as we leave. Who knows what that was about. Food was ok. Then I got food poisoning. I’m thinking it was the bacon. The only other thing I had was French toast. The bacon didn’t sit well with me. Second review I see about bacon making someone sick, so avoid if possible!

It was really good I would eat there about once a week. I got French toast eggs bacon sausage and orange juice (which by the way orange juice is not free refills).Overall it was great,a little expensive but great!
