Love they cookies!! Would love if they had mini cookies just because they are so sweet that I cut them in small pieces and eat here or there. But this place is amazing. Love how each week there is something different
Go to a different location. The customer service here is horrible. I keep going when this young man works cashier has medium brown length hair and never greets people he just stares at you until you order. Ive never been and he didnt care to help when i told him. The second time i went he mumbled something as I was asking my boyfriend what he wanted and I saw from the corner of my eye him saying under his breath “okay never mind” and scoffed and rolled his eyes. I didnt say anything because I already know hes rude when I come in and I just went again to have my boyfriend and sister try the cookies from this place. As good as they were I’ll never go back to this location again and will tell everyone I know to not go either as long as that employee works there. And he still asked at checkout if we wanted to leave a tip. Thats the clearest I have heard him talk every time I have gone in is when he asks for a tip. My boyfriend was nice enough to tip I personally wouldnt have. If he doesn’t like working there then he should find a job that isnt customer service based. I was nice and respectful to him entirely and had no reason for him to be rude and disrespectful to me.
I do not order cookies from anywhere but Crumbl! The anticipation and the unknowing of each flavor weekly keeps me coming back! I love Crumbl and they’re the best cookies to me! I give them to all my referral sources!
I look forward every week to getting the delicious crumbl cookies. I love trying out their different flavors of cookies. My favorite so far has to be cereal week! I told all my friends and family about crumbl cookies and now it’s become our new favorite snack shop. We love it there!
Yesterday was my first time ordering cookies. My daughter’s birthday is on Valentine’s Day, so I ordered cookies a day before for her birthday. I forgot how busy places like this get on VD. When I walked up to the store, the door was open with at least 30 people waiting for their cookies. I was there for an hour and more people kept coming in to make an order. My point is their cookies are so delicious a crowd of people waiting to be served didn’t deter anyone from leaving. The employees working at this location on this night deserve a cash bonus to recognize their hard work. I watched them work for an hour in this crazy mess, not one of them showed frustration. They were all polite and patient, working diligently to get the orders out. Great job guys, you all to rock!

I'll start by saying, I'm a big cookie fan. And to be fair I've given this place 3 chances. First trip I got the red velvet and it was good.. not fantastic. Just decent. 2nd trip I tried the sugar cookie and ended up spitting it right back out. My co-worker got a different kind and did the same. The final time I tried the chocolate chip and after one bite threw it away. This place doesn't fully cook the cookies, and if they are on thicker side it turns out raw and tasting of flour. Not a good combo for paying over $4 for a single, inedible cookie. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone.
If you haven't had Crumbl then you have to try it. The cookies are really good (but pricey). They have my personal favorite cookie ever - the iced sugar cookie. If you like amaretto flavor then this is awesome
I appreciate creativity and I love the idea of a select menu, however they’re way too sweet. The cookie batter it very sweet and then you top it off with globular amounts of icing. I would love to see them to find balance with their creations. Employees were excellent!
