We waited 30 minutes to be seated and well over 45 minutes and still didn’t have our main courses. Everyone who came and sat AFTER us got their food and we still didn’t. We came in with a 2 year old and a 7 year old and at least we hope the kids could have gotten their food to eat. First time trying here and highly disappointed. Our waiter however was excellent and respectful. I’m the end, I asked to speak with the new manager who was very understanding and extremely polite. This one star isn’t for either the waiter or the manager, it’s for the overall service of this place. Please keep track of your customers and serve them right.
Ordered catfish, fries, vegetables and corn bread.Was not pleased with this order. I’ve ordered from other locations and have never had the food come and taste salty and be burnt. Hoping this was just a happenstance and not a consistent theme. I’ll give them one more try and write a separate review of the experience.
Always good southern fried food. Service was a bit slow but very pleasant. Next time I’m going to try the chicken fried bacon!
I have never experienced bad service like this before. This was suppose to be a special day for me. Mother’s Day. The server brought out the wrong food. The food was cold. And to think we waited over an hour for our food, and then to get it cold. My daughter told the server her green beans were cold, his response was do you want me to heat them up. Heat them up? He should have said he would bring out some fresh was. We ended up taking our food to go. I literally threw my food away. This was my first and last time. What suppose to been a special day, turned out to be a nightmare. I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody.
First time eating there. Great job to Jarrett our waiter and to the host. Both gentlemen were super polite and friendly!!! Food was decent. Salmon very tasty. Restroom was scary. I know they were short handed and juggling it well. But hopefully next time bathroom will be better handled. My soulmate and I still enjoyed ourselves though.
Food was spot on great...but service was very slow. The waiter we had looked very young and in-experienced but he was attentive and had a great attitude. That goes a long way with me. I'm patient, I'll wait on my food. It was hot, fresh and great stuff. I would just suggest a bit more training on this young lad.
When we got there, there was only a lady and her mother waiting to be seated, we were waiting for about 15 min, and they finally got seated. We had to wait another 15 min to get a table. I believe it was the manager who got us a table, she had such bad attitude. We knew it was going to be bad, but we had a nice waiter Ricky, so it wasn't so bad at that point, he took our order, and it took 50 min or more to get our food, but Ricky apologized for the wait. ALL of the food was cold, steam veggies were nearly frozen. The pasta was so cold the Alfredo sauce was like jelly. The only one who ate was my husband even though his order came out wrong. my daughter and I couldn't eat it, we decided to just ask for boxes Ricky tried to make it right, he told us he was going to talk to the manager to see if they could do anything about it, when he came back, he said sorry unfortunately I'm not able to do anything about it, Every one is mad today. You could see how embarrassed he was. So we were there for almost 2 hours and didn't get to eat.
The restaurant was fairly empty, and we had an excellent waiter oh, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. This is the fried brisket which the brisket was about an inch thick and tough as nails were you had to spit it back out because you couldn't chew it. Just marry standard the dr. Pepper barbecue sauce is exactly what you would think I go by barbecue sauce and I add a little bit of dr. Pepper to it. $15 a plate
If you want an inconsistent dining experience then this is the place to go. After eating there today the bad now outweighs the good. Our server was not super attentive, he would quickly cruise by out table to ask us if we needed anything, but was gone to the next table before we could respond. The food took a very long time to come out, and when it did it didn't even come out all at once. Several of the people at the table said their food was cold or undercooked, but again we never had the opportunity to communicate that to the server. There is definitely room for improvement.
for one my order was wrong and by the time i got mine my wife was done eating then on top of that i had i had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my fries
