Can’t believe the service at this new store is so unbelievably terrible. Leaving a brand new employee to fend for himself. Ice creams messed up. Slow line.No manager in sight.
I just drove a ways to get service here and was unprofessionally turned away and waved goodbye to by a employee as if it was a joke. It’s posted on their website open until 10pm. Also the door was open with customers in line. This was unsatisfactory service and I won’t be spending my money here anymore if this is how they treat customers. Sad service…
Ice cream is average, but very expensive. Been here three times...every time only one employee is helping customers (other goes in the back rather than help with online orders or the line) and it takes 15+ minutes from getting there to leaving with the order. Placed online order at 6:05, didn't leave with it until 6:28, was supposed to be done by 6:20. Put your staff out to help customers when there are multiple waiting plus online orders.
Yikes! Believe the negative reviews about this store's current manager.I ordered a prepaid cake and went to pick it up at the designated time. The young staff member there was courteous and helpful, but the manager was incredibly rude and insulting. I simply wanted what I paid for: an ice cream cake. Should have been a simple easy transaction. After waiting a while for the manager to help me, it became clear to me that the cake was never made and the manager wouldn't admit it. He said he would give me a refund, but he never gave me a receipt to verify it.It wasn't just me the manager was rude to, but I witnessed him give an attitude to another customer for simply complaining that they couldn't get hold of anyone at that location. After contacting corporate, they confirmed that they couldn't get a hold of the manager either due to incorrect phone number. Ugh. Avoid this place by all means.
Very nice store. I don’t know if all ColdStone stores also have the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Co, items but this one does. They offer all the goodness of both and the smell of sugar and waffle cones is delightful.The store is very clean.

What a disaster. I ordered and paid for a cake for my sons birthday party. Today when I went to pick it up at the assigned time I was told they forgot to make the cake. How dare you take orders for a child’s birthday party cake and then not be responsible enough to do the job.

The customer service is beyond amazing. We came to celebrate a win at Field House & the evening got so much better with this treat! Great place to visit on any occasion!
Customer Service is unmatched!!! This will be our first Sunday tradition! We had the non diary raspberry sherbet for the little that has a diary allergy (maybe in the future there will be more non dairy ice cream options). I love the simple cotton candy and cake batter!
