The restaurant was clean and not crowded making it quite easy to maintain distancing. The cashier honored an app discount that I had without any difficulty.
By Far the worst cicis I ever been to it was disgusting ? plates were dirty, no pizza, no noodles. My wife wanted an hour and they didn’t ave no sense of urgency to take care of the customer. Looks like the place is being ran by a bunch of kids some are just standing around instead of providing excellent customer service. To me excellent customer service in a the restaurant industry is running a clean and efficient place. Keep your buffet full at all times without excuses because that’s what your customers are paying for. To me buffet was empty, dirty, and the restaurant overall has bad management with no sense of urgency. Will definitely not be going back to this nasty location. I will also tell everyone I know about my experience.
It is a good cicis pizza branch, for me it is the best that I tried. We like to go there. The service is good. Cashiers are good. Pizza are delicious. They deserve 5 stars.
Buffet selection was unusual. 1 pepperoni ..then ham and pineapple...cheese...buffalo turkey...turkey, ham, tomatoes...pepperoni and jalapeno...Just one conventional topping pizza...and it was obvious they weren't popular as the only one that kept running out was the cheese pizza.
Salad was a little wilted but there were plenty of fixins. Pizza was fresh and delicious. The cinnamon rolls had plenty of icing, just like I like them.
My family of 6 visited this location for dinning on 12/05/2021. The largest complaint was the amount of dirty plates there were mixed in with what were suppose to be clean plates. One plate I got literally had a large piece of lettuce on it. Another had what looked like a white ranch dressing type sauce. The food was tolerable. I've had better at other Cici's locations but I have also had worse. The staff was friendly enough and they contually cleaned the dining area, refilled straws, plastic ware and the drink area.Would I go back? Probably not.
Update: Food was cold, hard and the dessert was burned. The manager obviously didn't care when we asked him about that. He said that's how they are supposed to come out of the oven. I've had them at that location many times. They are supposed to be golden and carmelized. These were hard. It was 45 degrees and the aircon was blasting. He didn't care either.I understand Covid affected everything but he just seemed to not care. No apologies no nothing.Not returning until the problems are fixed. The dough was a little though to bite through but other than that everything tasted good. Restaurant was clean and employees were friendly :)

This is by far the worst cici’s I’ve been to in the past 5 years. I arrived at 7 pm and there were no salad dressings for the salads. Out of about 8 different pizzas they could have put, they had cheesy bread and pepperoni. All other trays were empty. There was half a dessert pizza and half a tray of brownies. After being here for almost an hour, they still have not refilled any of the pizzas. The place is trashed and there is only 1 person cleaning tables and they’re moving like a snail. This is the second time I’ve found hair in the food as well. These workers have 0 drive and obviously their duties are too much for them to handle. I informed the manager of the hair in the pizza last time and was told “ok, and what do you want me to do?” You need a whole new team at this location. Management and associates.
