I'm usually the first to leave a good review of a place and I try to refrain from leaving bad ones but this place was a dirty mess and it seems like there's no management. I put an order in online and it was supposed to be ready at 2:30 and here it is 2:45 and I'm just now getting my order. It's not even busy. Its Just a bunch of kids doing what they want. I have pictures of how dirty it is and if I wouldn't have paid already I would've eaten somewhere else. There's trash piled up on the trash can and it's overflowing into the floor. There's also stuff everywhere on the floor. This place definitely needs a new manager.
Arrived to Restaurant with a line outside due to not unlocking the doors 10 mins past the start of business operation just to find last nights items at the bottom of bin. I let the employee know serving that the items did look fresh & could clearly see the Fat from grease of last night meat not unthawed. The staff member was unconcerned when I mention the status of the meat to him so early in the workday along with my statement that I will be writing a review.
Asked for a build your own kids meal with guac...I paid before the handed me my food and after they said there's no guac.I paid full price for lettuce and tortillas and they said there's nothing they could do about that.My child won't eat the chicken because the visit before it was all fat and nasty.
Don’t waste your time or money! They are ripping people off. No guacamole but you can order (and pay for it) online. Don’t worry, when you go pick it up, no one will tell you that you didn’t get what you paid for.
I went to this location to order a bowl that was on their menu to be told by the young lady behind the counter that she didn't know what that was then had another person come to help and tell me that even though what is in the bowl is listed on the menu that they didn't know what to put in it if you work at a restaurant cooking the food how do you not know what belongs in something on the menu. Some people are ordering for others and don't expect to pick this ingredients in the bowl, we just want it how it's made. I expected better from them and to be more knowledgeable and helpful and they weren't. Sorry to complain like this but I work in the customer service industry and this is not what it should be like.
Walked in when they opened as I have to be at work at 11:30. A guy (I caught his name was Trey) said “we don’t have anything cooked right now. And I said “ok. Do you know how long?” And he just turned his back on me. Extremely rude. Atleast he could have done was answer my simple question. I walked out about 5 minutes after that as they were still cooking everything and there were about 10 people waiting still. Not good customer service at all.
Had a group order with some coworkers. One of my coworkers picked up our order from the new broad street location(in Mansfield tx). I want a bowl with white rice, steak and cheese....something that was supposed to be simple. Instead I got chicken and cheese...NO rice.
Ordered online, my pick up was 5:30 and I got there at 5:36. My order wasn’t ready so I told the guy at the check out and he said they were making it. 20 minutes later and watching 8 people who came in after me get their food before me, THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED MY ORDER. Just asked for a refund and left. It’s one thing to be busy, it’s another thing to just completely forget people who are standing right in front of you.
Chipotle should be ashamed of this location! I got in line and made an order for take out. I got home and discovered that they gave me someone else’s order. I drove back and the cashier told me that my order would be re-made. I was then told to get in the back of the line! NO!! When you screw up someone’s order, you don’t send them to the back of the line!! The employees were indifferent and there must not have been a manager on duty I won’t be back to any Chipotle ever again. These are the reasons why Chipotle is in the financial trouble that it is!
Been here many times and maybe once in a while the food is excellent. Most other times the food is cold when picked up even at exactly the pickup time. The food portions seem to be getting gradually smaller, especially shrinking burritos.
