First and last time ever visiting this location. Absolutely terrible. We ordered alcoholic drinks and never got them until we asked for them again, and then when we finally received them the glasses were sweating and the ice was starting to melt so it was obvious they had just been sitting for a while. The food looked and tasted like it was from lunch hour and we went during dinner time. We never even got napkins for our table until, again, when I had to ask for them. Our server also seemed to be high off of something and not all there...The men's restroom was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. There was urine all over the floor and only one of the sinks worked.Normally I'm a little more understanding when restaurants are "short staffed" but there seemed to be enough people walking around and almost little to no tables being used. Definitely not coming back.Also, on our way out I noticed a roach on my pant leg. Who knows how long it had been there. Definitely came from sitting at the booths. The parking lot was also very messy with trash all over it, and even a BOWL OF SOUP someone failed at taking home with them.Chili's Grill & Bar? More like, Chili's Subpar Grill
Soo.... COMPLETE EPIC FAIL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.We show up after my daughter's basketball game at 3:30 the hostess tells us we won't be able to be seated for 30 minutes after watching at least three families male female and one kid come in be seated and eat and then leave before we are even seated it was questionable. Seeing that I have my whole family there I was wondering what was taking so long cuz we still hadn't been seated by 4:30 only one person had came out and told us that we were still on the list but still would not be seated after we were seated at 4:45 the waitress tried her best to make us feel comfortable but we didn't get our food until almost 5:45 and when we did get it it was not correct and it was not right and it was rushed. After expressing this to the manager she still made us pay for just drinks which added up to $30 and was very rude and snatched the receipt out of my mother hand. If this is The Shining customer service that Chili's in Mansfield has to offer you can keep all of that because I will make sure no one that I know ever visits this establishment again and after the manager snatched the receipt out of my mother's hand we won't be coming back either need to work on Serious worker staff customer service and worker staff attitudes.
They break in cars ALL THE TIME
Please be extremely careful going to this restaurant my daughter-in-law‘s car was broken into and they broke two windows.
Uninspiring! I used to love going to the local Chili's because the food was great and the atmosphere was fun. Now it's more like Burger King with waiters. You've lost the pub atmosphere and charming witty waitstaff. The slimmed down menu needs expansion and some truly signature dishes. Get back in the pub business! If we wanted a boring family restaurant we'd go to the local diner!
I enjoyed coming to this chills at this location. Food is fresh. Waiter was very helpful and polite. Restaurant tables always clean and wipe down. We will return to this location. Thank you to all the employees for their hard work !!
Used to be really good and a favourite for me and my partner. Easy, Affordable and tasty. However, the last two times the Cajun Shrimp Pasta has unfortunately made us pretty sick the day after. Hoping it’s just a fluke because it’s so good. Think we’ll be taking a break.
No straw's again. Service is still slow but there's a shortage of American Workers right now. Chips are made in house. My holiday drink was in the wrong cup without garnish. Food tasted good, no salt on tables.
I was disappointed! I parked in the to go area and watched as orders were brought out. Finally 15 minutes later a young man came over and asked my name and confirmed my order and said give him a minute. About 23 minutes later, a customer that was waiting outside for his order started calling out names he saw that was sitting a long time. I heard my name and went in to get it. Needless to say it was cold. If I knew that my food wasn’t going to be brought out, I would’ve went in to get it when I first arrived. If they were shorthanded they should’ve mentioned it because in these COVID times I totally would’ve understand.
The dark haired female bartender has an attitude problem. I also asked for a well done steak and got a partial medium well.
