I don't think I've been this upset at a Chick-fil-A ever. Waited 30 minutes at Curbside, had to leave because the wait was just too long. Tried calling multiple times and got through twice but no answer or hung up on me. Haven't been able to cancel my order.Love Chick-fil-A, but I will never go back to this location.
Popular location at Broad. The food is good and we drive through regularly. However, we have been shorted sandwiches on several occasions and I guess it is on me to not hold up the line and disassemble the meal in the front seat to make sure it is all there. They are trying to be as fast as possible but I am tired of waiting in line driving home to find out, oops, they messed up again… Take my advice and count your items, or somebody in the family is going hungry…
Ya used to be able to joke "if Chick Fil A did it, it's because it's what God wanted" sadly though it seems it's either more laziness or just simply not paying attention. If I pay for something, I expect to get it, certainly don't expect to get less. For instance in my order I ordered an extra medium fry and then also in my order was a #8 combo that comes with fries. Know how many fries I got? 0. Drive 15 minutes all the way home just to find out no fries and that's disappointing as the waffle fries are amazing when hot and fresh and salty. Why did I not discover there were no fries before I got home? Well it's because my $50 order was all shoved into a large paper bag to the point where the 2 smaller bags on top were practically falling out. Kinda hard to do a quick spot check to make sure you actually got what you paid for when your bag is in such a state. Very disappointed Chick Fil A, y'all can do better.

So. 11:40 AM, drive thru, the picture depicts our “large” order of fries. You can see that it was half full with Luke warm old soggy French fries. They should have paid us to take them off there hands.
This is one of the best, most consistently excellent Chikfila franchises I have ever visited. The drive thru was full, and the staff member took my order wrong 3 times. When we got to the window, they insisted on paying for our order. I tried to make the young lady take my money, but she refused and wished us a blessed day. Was a pleasant surprise on a random Tuesday. Chikfila employees really practice kindness. Thank you from me and my 5yr old grandson. Grateful he got to witness a random act of kindness. He definitely learned a good life lesson from a complete stranger. ?
The chicken sandwiches are very good! Great flavor... you can't find/compare it to ANY other chicken sandwich out there!
Poor service. Food dumped in bags..food running over. Bags bursted, soup wasted all over all other food in bag. When returned to inside store, the manager cross contamintated the food by taking it back into the kitchen, after customer handled it. The manager tried to wipe all the wasted food off the other food and give it back to the customer. The manager became upset when customer refused and asked for fresh food. So Nasty! The food should have been throw away, and refixed without a problem! I Don't want to go back here again! COVID CITY!!!
Surprisingly, the 12-piece nuggets were lukewarm, and the meat tasted un-fresh. Very surprised as most Chick-fil-A's have a consistent standards.Hope this was just an one-off. (I would've circled back around, but had to travel back on the freeway.)
My family & I love Chick Fil-A, but this specific location is the WORST. We live right down the street, but we refuse to eat here any longer. This location is not sanitary, the food always tastes off, fries are never well-seasoned, chicken is more “fatty” than usual, we have found hair in our food, green plastic in our food, etc. The list goes on and this has been over a span of at least 6 years. There’s always something wrong every visit to this location and we are frequent customers of Chick Fil-A. The difference is definitely noticeable between the various Chick Fil-A’s in the area. We will surely bypass this one to receive quality food and service at a different location.
