I wish all fast food establishments followed the model of Chick-fil-A. Their service level, efficiency, and customer service are second to none in this industry.
Placed a large order for our company breakfast and was ready to pick up as soon as we arrived. The service was very helpful and courteous. Everything I expected from Chick-fil-A.
Out of all the Chick-fil-A's I go to this is by far the slowest because they do not have anyone outside taking orders to speed the process up. If they do have People outside it must be on the days I'm not there. I suppose management has their reasons.
I have never had or encountered bad customer service at a Chick fil A, until this one. The young lady sounded frustrated and uncaring.
Not only has my order been messed up almost every visit I’ve ever made to this location even when I say there’s food allergies that need to be handled but I just sat for almost 30 minutes waiting on my order because they couldn’t follow the instructions the app gives and look for the vehicle. As soon as I got in the drive through line because I was sick of waiting, my order had just been sitting on the counter. Cold food is exactly what I was wanting. Never gotten such bad service from a Chick-fil-A.
Ray….I think that’s his name! He’s been with the company for 7 years and he works the front registers! Anyways, he’s such a kind and personable man! He suggested that we try the chick fil a sauce for the chicken sandwich and my oh my, it was the best suggestion yet! Lol! He chatted with us about the NFL since the Bengals were playing. He was all about customer service and that is missing in the service industry these days!
The WORST customer service ever!!! We walked in to order and 2 employees at the counter filling stuff, 2 others sitting down and 2 walking by. The girl asked the 2 walking by if they can take our order. They said "NOPE I'M BUSY YOU DO IT" and walked away mocking us customers. That is not what you call customer service. If it wasn't for customers, you wouldn't have a job and paycheck. The manager did nothing but what do you expect when they are young. No work ethics. ANDY is a smart mouth who shouldn't be working there until he learns the meaning of customer service
Ordered 2 Mac N Cheese and was given one instead this isn't the first time they do this , don't pay with a $50 or $100 i have received less change when that happens i won't be coming back here anymore. Popeyes serves better chicken sandwiches
Love this place. The only thing I would say is the wait is pretty long sometimes. Just means everyone else loves it as well
Great meals. Wonderful service. Clean and friendly environment. Best of all, the food taste great.
