We just moved to the area and are trying all the different places so stopped on our way home. When we stopped and the restaurant was busy but had open table which made me wonder why there was a 20 minute wait to only be asked if we wanted to sit in the bar area. The bar area wasn't busy 3 of the 6 tables had people at them and 2 were in the process of leaving. We sat and waited for the waitress for almost 10 minutes after being seated. The service was friendly but lacking. We were only checked on 2 times total, once after we ordered and once more to pay. The chicken in the chicken enchilada was stale tasting and super dry. The ground beef was the same.

After having a lower than expected experience about a year ago, I can say that Cha Cha’s is back to what we had originally expected of the longtime Mansfield business! While I do think the small queso, for 3.50, is a bit expensive for a velvetaa style queso without beef or rotel, in a little saucer, it was still tasty. The difference came in my Seafood enchiladas which had a LOT of shrimp and crab (which MAY have been imitation, but it had enough flavor that I couldn’t tell at all) in it. The Charro beans were EXCELLENT with good sized chunks of bacon to flavor it. And my wife’s enchiladas were wonderful, which she is a hard to please person. Lastly we had a Sopapilla, which was light, fluffy and full of cinnamon/sugar and a large container of honey to go along with yummy warm butter packets. All in all, very good food… but the SHINE came in our service: Dominique. She deserves to be a shining example of what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. She followed up with us after bringing each round of items, to make sure everything was good and when my wife asked for a refill with our dessert, she offered a Togo cup, which is just the way a server SHOULD do things… anticipate, don’t wait. She is future management material, for sure. Some other local businesses should look to how Dominique takes care of her customers to learn about the RIGHT WAY to treat both current and future patrons. Congrats, Cha Cha’s and Dominique!

The staff is always super sweet! The food is normally really good. We don't ever have any issues. They accommodate for the most part.We went today, and the rice was slightly dry. I still have them a 5 star bc every time we come here it has never been dry. They brought out green salsa (I'm assuming tomatillo salsa) with the red salsa and chips. My husband loved it. It was spicy and perfect.I love their build your own plate option. I am one of those type of people who wants a little taste of several things. So it works out perfect for me. Their prices are very reasonable, which makes it great for families to come here. They also have daily specials. I would (and have) recommend this place for an individual, family, or a group gathering!

We have eaten here for years. We stopped eating here before the fire because it was so dirty. It’s starting to get dirty again. The air vents and filters for the AC are obviously never changed. They are filthy. AC doesn’t cool because of it. You can see how dirty the vents are. That is going everywhere. ?. Including on the food etc. Love the food and service is good but looks like back to Mama Cuca’s we go.

Dinner tonight was EXCELLENT. Server was awesome, attentive, and helped us order. The hosts were great, food was even better than we expected. My husband got the molcajetes fajita dish and he said it was the best fajitas he's ever ordered! Which says alot because he always orders fajitas at Mexican restaurants. I ordered the chicken, ribs, and shrimp fajitas and wow, so delicious. The ribs just fall off the bone and everything had so much flavor. The charred beans for a side are really good. The fresh, hot tortillas, both corn and flour are perfect. Everything is good, go try it!!!!

The food was amazing. Would highly recommend. My only reason for not providing 5 stars is that the wait time for beverages and food was too lengthy. My party of 6 was there on a Saturday for lunch which, I am sure, is a very busy time. The waiter was very friendly but extremely overworked. More wait staff was needed. I suggest going any time other than noon on a Saturday!!

My meal was good, except that it was supposed to have guacamole and it didn't. My daughter and grandson ordered a meal that was supposed to have guacamole also, but ot didn't. The bad part is that we were not informed about them being out. I feel that we should have been notified there was no guacamole when we placed our orders.

Food was not cooked 10 times layers of cheese for no reason. Trash food. Please cook your meet cook bacon before adding to your beans. That was disgusting. Not the type of food that I would eat. So we paid and we left. Customer service was very good food ?????.

We have not been here in a couple of years. I remember better food than what we had this trip. The hot sauce was very bland. The guacamole was bitter. The cheese enchiladas had very thin weak chili sauce. I don't plan on returning again for a long time.

I had seen this place for years but never went until 2 months ago in October. Since then I went 2 more times. Even when it is busy everybody is friendly and seems to enjoy the job. The food is great and the margaritas even better! Last night our service was super fast and the special was Chicken Enchiladas and they were perfect. I will definitely keep going back as I know I can count on good food and good service.
