I was pleasantly surprised at how GOOD this food was! Everything is so delicious and the food makes me think of my grandma with the dinnerware that's used. Well definitely continue to comeback!
Homemade flour tortillas!!! The chips that came with chips and queso and salsa were thick and yummy. I got a Mexican Coke. My friend had Eggs Mexicana with chorizo which was excellent. And I got the Fajita Beef Tacos AL Carbon which was also excellent. Not texmex. This place is small with a sweet staff. Happy I stopped in.
The chips were very hard, for showing up when they opened up.I would’ve loved hot sauce like Tabasco or Cholula. They brought out salsa when I asked for hot sauce.I didn’t like how you pay and tip before you receive your food. Especially when I got my own napkins and silverware. My son got the adult waffles, 2 eggs and potatoes. He got one egg (see pic), when it clearly states two eggs on the menu and the waffles to have whip cream, strawberries, caramel syrup and almonds. It was plain waffles that came out. We should've been told when we ordered that they had no toppings for the waffles. He would’ve ordered something else. Disappointing and won’t be back!I ordered chorizo and fajita chicken tacos. I got shredded beef and fajita chicken. Not worth $50 to have 3 of 4 of our orders wrong.
This place has disappoint us TWICE already.They charge for EVERYTHING chips, refills on drinks and coffee. You can walk in and they don’t greed you! Just a disappointment!

La Casa Jacaranda is a gem in the city of Mansfield. All their food is cooked with love and fresh ingredients. Everytime my family and I have come here, we have been greeted by friendly staff and a pleasant upbeat atmosphere. The food is consistently plated beautifully and tastes even better. I wasn't able to take a picture of the food because it disappeared so quickly. If you want breakfast lunch, or dinner, La Casa Jacaranda has it.
We like to visit new places and saw this little gem shared on Nextdoor, we came, we ate, we enjoyed ????… and we’re definitely coming back??????
I recently went with my family to eat at this place we had never been before, but saw it had great reviews. I was wrong. There is no AC at all and all of us were freezing. If I was freezing myself, I wonder how the workers were feeling themselves. It's inhumane that the owner has done nothing to fix the issue! I will not be coming back and suggest y'all do the same.
The best real Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. Just what I needed. So damn good! Went there for diner the first time and again the next day for breakfast! Thank you for existing!!
