Burger King has great products...But, this store needs help. I have tried the drive-thru 3 times...and tried inside twice...only to be disappointed 5 times... Slow does not describe the service they provided. With a different crew at a different time...The drive-thru orders were incorrect each time. In the end all errors were corrected... But, fast-food is only a suggestion at this location.
I wish I could give zero stars! This is the worst location ever! I went there today and ordered a whopper and a small fry. The lady in the drive-thru prepared my order and then proceeded to talk to someone in the lobby. She put my fries on the top and the bag was opened. She was talking directly over the fries. I asked her to take the fries out and refund my money considering she was talking over them with no mask on. She threw the bag in my car window and slammed the window. I drove around and went inside she was standing at the burger bin so I asked her again to refund my money and she ignored me. I asked her 4 times before then she turned and said to talk to the Manager. The Manager was very apologetic and refunded my money. I asked the manager what was the rude lady's name and she hesitated and said, Nelly! Nelly, you are a nasty ugly person! DO NOT EAT HERE! The employees are rude and nasty! I went to Kroger and bought all the ingredients and made a better burger at home!
Worse Burger King I've ever been to. Every time I come here there's an issue. They leave you in the drive thru for ever then are rude like you're bothering them. Today I came here because I'm working close by its 2:25pm and the store is closed. Ordered online and order was accepted. Showed up to pick up my meal and store is closed. Asked for a refund and they couldn't give it to me or give me information on how to receive my refund. Employee there's attitude sucked. She didn't care about my money or the other 4 cars waiting in drive thru line....all she kept saying was i just got here I dont know anything. Like its your problem not mine type of attitude from employee. Asked who I should call or contact to get refund and she couldn't tell me.. all she would say is i don't know... So leaving hungry with no food and out $12. The sign on the window says come work for a king and not a clown but there is nothing but clowns working at Burger King in Mansfield. Thai place really needs NO stars. They never have food that they are supposed to sale. I went today and was told “no fries”…. What?! Another time I went I was told that the system was down and that I “had to use the app to order”. This place is tacky, nasty, and overall sucks! Don’t go to this location. Something is always wrong each time.
Ordered the Big King (this current version in March 2022), and it was a trip down memory lane. Loved it, planning to go back for another when I get the chance. Service was pretty slow considering the place wasn't very busy when we went. There was no line but a handful of drive thru cars were sitting around for a while waiting. 10 minutes to get a fairly basic order isn't exactly fast. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.
Went to get a whopper that my husband has been craving.. we never eat at burger king and the one time we actually wanted it, it was terrible...Ordered whopper combo and was told they don't have any French fries.. he offered me another upgrade like onion rings or something else.. I took the cheese sticks and he asked what to drink.. we said a coke and then he said they don't have coke....so we had to go for a strawberry drink... then we wanted Hershey pies... was told they don't have Hershey pies...smh they literally had NOTHING that we wanted.. I just ended up saying never mind we will go somewhere else... they didn't care. This place is not good.. I figured that was why it's always so empty when I drive by... I bet it'll get closed down sooner than later.. very poorly run.
The new bacon whopper melt burger is really good the bread and sauce super delicious.#BurgerKing
Customer service is rude. I ask for a price of a shake and then said “You take over her.” Then a guy proceeded to yell we only have one shake. He could’ve said it nicely instead of yelling. Then he couldn’t wait for one minute for me to order another item. Never going back there again, if I could I would give it a 0 the place should find new employees.
Lobby closed 5 cars before me in drive thru. Was in drive thru 30 minutes. Waited at speaker over 10 minutes before helped. Verry apologetic for wait. Ve r.c y short staffed. I think only 2 people working. If they cant properly staff it, should not open at all.
