I ordered thru the mobile order app around 8:40 pm went to go pick up my order in about 10 minutes. Some Hispanic guy I’m assuming TL or manager on charge started fussing about my mobile order. As they got my order ready they told me they ran out of shake mix I told them if I could get a substitute item they straight up told me no. I’m like well I just payed for it online just give me something around the same price or lower I don’t care just give me something. Terrible customer service and food quality was just trash never setting my foot again anytime soon.
The drive thru forgot my mom's soda. Lol. But the food was off the chain. Love the fries!
It's bad, $20 for burger and Fry's X2 poor quality and sevice. Will no go back....Tomatoes are old, meat cold..
The employee in the drive thru named Jorge is amazing! He has great customer service and very hardworking! With only him and another employee they still run the restaurant all with a great attitude and a smile on his face! This guy definitely deserves a raise. This type of customer service is hard to find!
Just went through the drive thru and ordered 6 burgers 3 fries, I was told to pull up from window and the short Hispanic lady with a blue sweater that walked my ordered only got me 4 ketchup packets, 4! I nicely asked if she could please bring more and she refused saying the drive thru was full, that I could pull up to drive thru and wait in line to get more. I drove around to check and they had 3 cars total in drive thru, 3! She was just lazy and lacked good customer service. I ordered and was charged for jalapenos on all my burgers and some were missing them, I also paid cash and they failed to give me a receipt too, I guess they're stealing from the franchisor. Will never visit another Burger King again! 20 years ago they all went bankrupt in Ft Worth and shut down while all the employees wondered why they were out of a job and the franchisor wondered why the restaurant didn't make it. This poor customer service is why!!
Dine In- The people nice and friendly fast service, but the lobby was dirty smelled like pee and the restroom had no hand soap and stinky and dirty. ?
I actually like burger King, but this location makes me not wanna eat there ever again. My food was bland nd unseasonably. Nd my burger ain't a burger it's sad. Where's the lettuce nd tomatoes, hell even a onion would be fine but nothing.
No cars in the line but me i order 2 for 10 one plain one mustard this what i got no cars nobody in the inside still got the order wrong. So now i have to eat my whopper on bread. Burger king on seminary
Well MARIA one of the prep cook came out side to give a free fries it was becuse the lady on The window her name was LETY refused to sell some fries because she said it was to early around 9AM... BUT GOOD THOUGHT FOR MARIA the cook she deserve a raise...
I understand people are short staffed more now than ever but getting orders right isn’t that hard lol. Pulled in drive through and ordered only for them to tell me at the window that they weren’t taking card, no problem so I went inside, I had to ask for my receipt and got home and later realized that I was missing an order of fries. Tried calling the location and the phone just on goes, they never pick up, lesson learned for this specific location
