Overall the experience was good. There wasn't a wait and the service was good. The food was enjoyed by everyone at our table. Food ordered:1. Chips and queso2. Buffalo dry rub traditional wings3. Buffalo medium (extra wet) traditional wings4. Kids hamburger and friesMake sure to get points by checking in and giving server your phone number for the rewards.
Absolutely the worst experience and meal ever! Waiter was inattentive and pretty much out of sight. Had to go to another waiter to get a refill. Food could have been colder only if it came straight out of a refrigerator. We waited 20 minutes for 12 wings and fries. When it came to the table nothing was fresh or hot and the wings barely had any sauce on them. No one apologized for the lack of service or quality even when brought to the attention of employees. They made us feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Take your money and appetite to another restaurant or location this place is horrible.
This location (and possibly all) has started charging a fee for take out. They did not notify us at the time we ordered, we discovered it when reviewing our receipt at home. The next day, we called and spoke to the manager who explained they have started charging the fee because people aren’t staying at restaurant to eat and finished by saying “sorry for the inconvenience.”We can say with certainty that making us pay more for them to do less work will not make us more likely to stay there and eat. In fact, it will make sure we don’t eat there again.
Worse buffalo wings ever I have ordered 3 times for pick up 1st time the wings were so so extremely dried I ordered 10 buffalo sauce and 5 spicy garlic and they should of been all juice and they were plain dried, 2nd time I gave it a tried clearly told them over the phone make sure they put sauce and are juice cause last time we’re dried well it looks like it cost them extra to make them juicy and sauce because they were still dried and 3 time here I go same thing told them please put sauce nope dried what is going on never again will I order in this location.
Corine was by far the best server/bartender I’ve had in the state of Texas. Her service was always followed up by a smile and she made our experience more than amazing. BWW should be grateful to have an employee that’s so good with customers. Give this woman a raise.
My favorite Mango habanero sauce out of any restaurant! Been to many different locations but all are great for meeting up for a game or just a grab a bite and a beer.
Came to BWW 2day & NO sides, but that DIDNT stop us or NOBODY else! They’re known for their wings & that’s what we’re ALL here for BAYBEE. It was STILL delicious & fresh???Staff was cool 2day as well, even thou they were working w/less food to serve, lol! NO what?! NO sides, but our visit was alriiight, lol!
The service was good however I think it's way overpriced for chicken off the bone that taste like they came from Frozen a little like you would get at the store. Sitting at the place itself was nice to see all the TVs around and they may have other foods there that may taste better but certainly two people having six boneless wings and two waters from was 30 bucks is a little pricey.

Placed an order at approximately 9:45pm on Oct 27, order# 1010023. The food was cold. Two totally different flavors were in one box with no paper separating them. The chicken was tough like it had been sitting there for some hours. The fries we're also cold and tasted like old grease. I called the next day to complain to the manager regarding this. He had hesitation about replacing the meal. I explained to him that although it was late if they weren't going to provide good customer service and QUALITY food they should have NEVER taken the order. He said he would replace our meal however once I arrived he had only replaced half of one. So unacceptable and we did not accept it. He said my meal didn't include fries, but it did! (The receipt is attached for proof). He ONLY remade the flats. I left the remade order right there at the store. Once again do it RIGHT or not at all. EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE NOT JUST THE TEN FLATS. Everyone who eats the Caribbean jerk knows that it doesn't look like the picture below.......smh!
