This is our favorite local restaurant for Thai / Asian food. The staff is always super friendly, the food is great, and they are very cautious of everyone's health and safety. We have been here many times over the years and never had a bad experience. Great portions, great selection of foods (even for dietary restrictions), and just overall a great place to go!
The food is the best Thai food my family has found in 3 cities around us. We routinely make the 35 minute one-way drive, because they taste the best, have the best value, & take reasonable, responsible precautions.The only thing I would change, is I wish that it was noted on the website that the kitchen closes 30-45 minutes before they close to reset from lunch. It was disappointing to have to order take out when we had planned to dine in.
I enjoyed this place. I tried the crazy noodles and spring rolls on the side. It was a pretty decent helping. My friend's plate had a generous helping too, so you definitely get your money's worth. The food isn't too spicy. The staff are all very nice and there when you need.
Food was good, but a bit expensive considering the place still isn't open for dine in. If you no longer have employees to pay, perhaps adjust your prices. I'm not sure if they plan to reopen dine in, but if not, they could probably move to a smaller location and just be a takeout and delivery place.Service was friendly, I'm just not sure I want to go back and pay $14 for drunken fried rice, considering its mostly fried rice. Add more chicken and veggies. If you don't mind the expense, check them out, but I'll be passing myself for now.
Yellow chicken curry is delicious. They have cheap lunch options Monday- Friday til 2! Staff is so friendly. I had ordered pick up one day and it was just me and the baby, front desk guy offered to take my food out to me when it was ready and insisted I call next time so I could stay in my car so they could bring my food and I wouldn't have to carry my baby inside.
I have been going to Blue Mint since they've opened 12 yes. ago never had a problem problem except 2 for day's ago I waited 30 minutes for my lunch which is a simple fried rice..the server give me the excuse that the kitchen lost her ticket...after 10 minutes she should have realized that something was wrong cause other customers that come in after me was already finishing their lunch.
My husband and I had a delightful lunch here today! it was our first time here, but it definitely will not be the last! The Pad Thai was very good, as were the two varieties of rolls that we tried.

This restaurant is fresh, authentic and delicious. The curry is my absolute favorite. I promise whatever you get from here, you will not be disappointed! I met the owner, Kenny he and his family are nice kind people. I'll definitely be back.
It should be called Oil Mint..the food is literally bathed in a tons of oil. Tastes good initially but later it takes a toll on your belly.
