This was the worst experience!!! I ordered my food over the phone and I was told that the guy was in training. My food was completely incorrect. I spoke to a young lady who was very nice, but explained to me that the manager wasn’t going to issue a refund unless I drive all the way pack up there! Where’s is the customer service! You have completely lost a customer and I advice if you want good food don’t go here!
The food was overpriced and not very appetizing.
I live in the apartments above this establishment and it is too loud. Sometimes it’s the guests sometimes it’s the blasting music on a weeknight/weekend . People have school, work and more. I have lost sleep or been waken up several times before. I thought bff was a sushi place not a nightclub. BE MORE CONSIDERATE
I'm a regular here. But today? I'm no longer a regular here. Our order was filled with spoiled food. I called, and they said they would fire it back up. Only to be told that if it was the same dish, the noodles would be the same used as the original order. What? My son came down with severe food poisoning. We called to speak to the manager, I heard them talk to him saying "this customer wants to speak to a manager" and the manager replied "uhhh..... tell him I'm really busy and I'll call him back"No callback.I called in again, and the same response.Here I am, sitting in the ER hours later. My son has vomited 11 times since 3pm. It's 9:38pm. Still no call back. Probably won't get one at all. They won't get any of our orders or our family's orders either.The crazy thing is? We know the owners through mutual friends and colleagues. And even he won't call us back
The foods were terrible. The beef noodle soup was extremely salty and the soup was not even warm enough and the chicken fried rice tasted like it was made a few days ago and reheated. We will Never go back again.
first of all, hey the 90s called, they want their music back! one or 2 songs is OK, but non-stop 90s music is annoying...we had a lot of food, but most of it was reheated and made a few days in advance, you could tell it wasn't fresh.... we ordered vegetables tempura appetizer and you could tell it was done in advance and microwaved, some parts were cold, and the tempura was soggy.then the Tuna Tower, what a disaster, the rice was like concrete! worst sushi I've ever had, even supermarket sushi would be better.we ordered a flight of beer, and the waitress didn't know what they were when she brought it to the table, we had to guess. Then I ordered a full size of one of the stouts and she brought the wrong stout. I said that it was not the one I ordered she was argumentative but we still had to pay for it although we only had a sip. we'll not go there again, it was not a good experience...
On July 26 of this year aka my birthday me,my mom and our friend went here for my birthday lunch and I thought it would be nice because BFF is my favorite restaurant but when we went to our table it was sticky and our waitress was super rude she was rolling her eyes and she was on her phone the entire time. We waited 15 minutes for our water and when she brought out our food my mom never got her food, our friend’s said the tariyaki tasted rubbery and as I was eating my food I discovered a bug in there. After that my mom asked for the check and we thought the waitress would bring our check but she didn’t.she never came back and then we asked another waitress to bring our check and as we walked out the doors our waitress was in her car talking on her phone and smoking need less to say she ruined by birthday would definitely rate this one star.
I called to do a to-go order and the kitchen is closed. That is ok no problem. I asked if we could just order drinks to-go. The girl said "we don't do drinks to-go." I wanted to clarify that I was talking about teas and coffee not alcohol, and she said "yeah, we don't have drinks to-go." So I am going them 1 star for lying. I have ordered drinks to-go before and it was not a problem.
I freaking love BFF. I don't get to come often but when I do, damnit it's some good sushi. Highly recommend for a date night with the wife.
This was worst experience ever at this restaurant. Bad service.. horrible table experience.. and food was average. Please hire wait staff want to help customer enjoy their customer experience.
