Door dash and Wingstop suck. App said delivered, never received. Wingstop said contact DoorDash, DoorDash said contact Wingstop; not one of them is willing to refund the delivery fee or the tip (I eventually drove to the store and picked up my cold wings).
They have numerous times stopped taking orders 1 hour before closing time which appears like they just want to clean and leave early. The door schedule says 11pm and they have turned me away at 10pm.
Poor service from the manager Trent and a horrible attitude. I watched him take food back that left the store and was already opened and touch. That's a big no-no and when I brought it to his attention, he had the nerve to get an attitude about it.
I’ve been here twice already and both times they messed up my order bad. And the worst part is I didn’t realize until I got home and sat down to eat…. That’s the worst. The biggest issue is that they give you the wrong order or wings are super dry, cold, fries are soggy and they always run out of something you need. It’s just a super bad experience and bad management!! Will definitely not go here anymore. MAKE SURE TO CHECK ALL OF YOUR ODERS BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT!
After driving 15 min both ways to pick up order, found out that was missing fries. Tried to call to let them know but no pickup from the phone, so decided to drive back while on hold and drive actually took 17 min /35 seconds. Person working there offered an extra order of fries for their mistake. After waiting another 5 min for the fries and driving back home another 17 min / 25 seconds, I opened up the sealed bag with green tape to find 1 order of fries!So I guess I drove over 35 min round trip for their mistake just to correct my own order.AND THE FRIES SOGGY!!!NEVER AGAIN! ILL DRIVE EXTRA MILES TO TOMBALL NEXT TIME!!!!
The wings are great. Please serve crispy Fries. My fries where saugy an disgusting...
Called on Friday to order a special was told that all specials has to be ordered online so I called the location on 105 by the lake and they done the special over the phone been to this location many times Since the New Management took over it has went downhill fast. Mongolia location needs New Management that's know what they are doing. How can you be a manager and not know how your systems work.
Absolute worst customer service. I felt like I was walking into a high school and not a place where I would want to dine in. Everything seemed a joke to the young lady behind the register. Manager just kinda stood there but at least he could provide us with our cups for our drinks. We will NOT be back here. Unfortunate because it’s so close to our new home here is Magnolia. If you’re group of kids who are just trying to sneak out and mess around, I can see this place being the spot.
Just walked in, nobody at the tables, one guy waiting on an order and was told it would be 50min to an HOUR to get wings and not a soul in the place..if yall are going to cater to online so much, just lock the front doors..?
I've been watching the commercials about the new, juicy chicken thigh bites. We were extreme excited about a new menu item. However, what we got was a step below sonics popcorn chicken. You know, the one that has no chicken only over fried breading that will break your teeth. So disappointed.
