They take their sweet time with drive through! If you go anytime after 6 your going to spend near an hour in the line. They ignore you trying to order till they decide it’s time to take your order and they are rude once you get to the window. They act like you coming here as a customer is an inconvenience to their laziness.
Worst service at any Whataburger I've ever been. Every time I end up coming here, I regret it. The line is slow as all hell, by the time you get your food you're lucky if it's lukewarm. I've finally learnt. Never again! :)
Literally the worst experience last night. I pull through and order two kids meal burgers, one for my kid and one for me. The man repeated the correct order back to me but when I got my food, my meal specifically was incorrect so I took it back inside to have it replaced. They didn't believe me. And I had to explain it twice to the girl behind the counter and once to a manager because I suppose she couldn't understand the problem. The manager was sweet but the girl made me wait 15 minutes on the dot for a kids meal. And finally when i received it, i got a large container of cold fries and a couple of buns and a meat patty. Not at all what I ordered and I can't believe the audacity of the same Whataburger I've been going to for years. I know it doesn't effect anything but I won't be coming back to this specific establishment.
I'm a regular here. Great service, great people, great food, and at anytime. I love their vanilla milk shakes. They make them thick....mmmm. I love them that way! Hands down favorate. This is one of the whataburgers that is the reason most Texans love whataburger!!!
First off the person running my curbside order out tried to give me someone's order. Then when I got my order home a sandwich which was marked as a honey bbd chicken sandwich (which was what I ordered) but it was actually a regular whataburger with mayo.
Placed a curbside order and when I arrived I wasn't able to check-in. Instead the site told me to tell an employee I was there. When I did this, I was instructed to pull to the side and it would be right out. They processed every person in their drive though line, seven in total, before bringing me my order. This was over 15 after I arrived. What I returned home, I discovered they had given me the incorrect order. As I was already late for a meeting, I was forced to call and try for a refund only to be greeted by what can only be described as one of the worst managers I have ever encountered who basically told me not to waste my time coming up to the store but to go online and request a refund there.AVOID
Great food, but terrible with online orders. I've regularly ordered online here and waited 20-30 minutes plus beyond the order time. Today they tried to send me off with a bag with only half the items I ordered. The emoloyees are friendly and the food is great, but unfortunately it's a poorly organized and run store.
Not a great location. Consistently doesn't give napkins or ask for condiments, foods not prepared well half the time, it's either way too greasy or off putting, fries are almost always burned, brown and old. Sweet tea tastes funkier than McDonald's, and theres tastes like sugar syrup so that isn't saying much
This is the worst whataburger. This burger I bought and couldn't even eat it.It tasted and smelled like it was taken out of the garbage.I wouldn't even feed something like this to a wild dog let alone a person.
The worst. It was my grandsons bday. He wanted Whataburger. I go and order their 10 pak which is 10 Whataburgers w cheese. They're suppose to be plain and they give yiu all the fixes so can build them your self and 10 fries. $75.I get them home to 10 kids waiting and they are ALL ALL THE WAY WITH EVERYTHING IN THEM.I kept the fries so the kids could eat something while we ORDER PIZZA and I take them back.The manager said she would refund me my full order including fries. IT TAKES 20 MIN...(IM MISSING MY GRANDSONS PARTY MIND YOU)ONLY FOR HER TO TELL and I Quote "I put together the fixens and noticed those burgers looked thick"REALLY? AND YOU COULD HAVE CHECKED THE ORDER AND CAUGHT THIS?????She finally gets cash out of drive through then only give me $55.Now the next evening my 7 yr old STILL WANT WHATABURGER THEY SCREW THAT ORDER UP TOO. IM DONE WITH MAGNOLIA WHATABURGER. I WILL DRIVE 30 MINS OUT OF MY WAY NOW.
