I ordered a torta de milanesa and it was super dry. Little to no sour cream, you could tell she was annoyed when I kindly asked for a side of sour cream. She quickly caught and attitude when I sowed her how dry the torta was. She said she was busy, in other words had no time for my concerns and closed the window in my face. In my opinion customer service could be better and more accommodating.
Food is good ,but customer service could have been more accommodating.For example, my wife ordered Nachos with melted cheese on top ,but she didn't get enough cheese so she complained about this to the server and she just said " well that is how we serve it here".My wife got the hint and walked away ,but not very happy at all."Customer is always right "rule did not apply in this scenario and they could have been nice enough to just pour a little more melted cheese on top ,but they didn't .My wife was basically told " either you like it the way we serve it here or not"This is bad customer service.Wow !
The lengua tacos were great. Menudo is sold on weekends, great for a hangover!
These are the best tacos in this area hands down! I could eat here everyday & their green sauce could make anything taste amazing!
