The shift manager was genuinely nice, I had had one of those long days. i had left my card at home, and I only had a few bucks on one of those cash cards...The crew member at the window was patient and helped me with my order. It was such a great experience after having. a rough day. I appreciate it.The food tasted 1000 times better.Thank you kind hearted people.
I went through the drive-through on May 23, 2002 which was a Monday around 12:15 PM. The service was great but the food gave me food poisoning. Not even an hour after leaving this location I started having diarrhea and vomiting. I do not recommend eating here at all. Ever since they have obtained new management this place has gone extremely downhill!
Have come each time hoping it would change, nope!! Spent 35min in line of drive through for 8 items. Got home to find that they packed everything on top of my wife’s crunchy tacos. When I asked the manager about what was going on, he smuggly replied, “well, we had to make more than one thing, it takes a few minutes”. I can get on board with that, but not 4min per item.THIS LOCATION SUCKS SO BAD!!How this location is still open is beyond me!!!!Please look at the photos if you think I’m exaggerating…
Doesn’t have cheese, messes up my order and then takes forever to give me the correct order back. And adds lettuce when I said meat and cheese only like the lettuce is supposed to make up for the cheese. Do better.
It was good. A little slow bc I was 2nd in line and no one behind me but my food came out correct and was freshly made.
Not hating on Taco Bell just this location is nasty, mismanaged and people should know not to eat here.. everyone from this area travels to new magnolia or tomball for their taco bell fix…. Got food poisoning twice here, takes forever to get and make your order, and it’s usually wrong especially when you ask for something like no tomatoes. Or add sour cream. Management doesn’t care and seems to be the main issue… love taco bell just stay far far away from this location.

I don't know why I go here anymore, this was the last time. For one, they never have drinks in stock always out and what they do have always comes out over carbonated. For two make sure they repeat your order back to you, got my order wrong once again. Third you pull ahead and wait 10 min just for your food to come out luke warm or cold. I'm done won't go back.
There's a KFC also KFC never has any chicken and they're always out of something coleslaw biscuits chicken it's a 15-minute wait every time I go there it's ridiculous a chicken place that never has any chicken ready! You can improve by removing this restaurant from the Door Dash Platform.
Something is wrong here. The simplest order takes 15-20 minutes. Every single time I'm here I have to pull up past the window and wait. General manager needs to step in and fix whatever issue is going on here.
