Extremely slow, only takes two cars at a time. Spent 20 minutes waiting on 2 tacos. Doesn't help that they are out of stuff and don't tell you until you ask for extras. PatheticNot to mention I've gotten food poisoning here twice and when their system goes down they don't tell anyone and let you wait in line forever. It's fast food but they are only taking 2 cars at a time 2 orders at a time, ALL THE TIME. Very very slow. Making me hate my favorite fast food place!Edit: 2 minutes into eating and there is hair in my food! and it's COLD! Wasted my time and money and now your food is in my trash because you people don't even wear hairnets! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Come here often because I work nearby and nothing else is open super late, really. Usually it's a bit of a wait and decent service but the other night was horrible. I usually won't give a terrible review after one bad date of service, because that isn't fair, but having the girls in the back talk bad about me because I asked them to remake something that was inedible is absolutely out of line. Then, I contacted Taco Bell via the website. Did I get a reply? Not as of five days later. So here I am. Couldn't even eat it, because the way they were speaking about me for being SUPER POLITE asking them to remake something, made me fear they could spit or tamper with my food. Given that Taco Bell never contacted me back about it, even though I put on the form I'd like to be contacted, I guess a negative review now is my last option. Maybe someone will listen, who knows.

"Understaffed" but plenty of ppl standing around. It took a long time to get our food and then when we got it and went to leave the door was locked and there was an elderly couple trying to come in.It was 8. Dining room was supposed to close at 9. The couple wasn't rude at all, they asked if they were closed. The worker was very rude to them. Basically said, "yes, if the door is closed it means we are closed." No apologies just a bad attitude. All this, and the bathroom eas gross and lacked toilet paper!!

Out of all the Taco Bells around, this is by far the worst. The order is always wrong. I have lost so much money from them by not getting all my items and paying for it all. They skimp on the amount of filling in the tacos and burritos. DO NOT ever go inside to order. No one will help you. You have to order at the kiosk and then wait about 45 min before you get it. I have tried contacting corporate so many times and they never call or email you back. It sucks we don't have another close by Taco Bell to go to.

About 8 people working (3-4 working, the rest standing around) took around 10 or so minutes or so for someone to finally talk to me about my online order. Then told me there was no order. Showed the the online confirmation w/ location and everything I ordered along with payment accepted. Told me that it wasn't there problem, it's the apps problem and I had to figure it out, then walked away and avoided talking to me for the remainder of the time I was in the store. Great way to waste $35 and my lunch break.

It was freezing inside the restaurant. I had to go outside to get jackets out of the car to stay warm enough to eat the dine in order with my wife. I understand that to get the customers leave quicker and to dining room clean is to have the a/c turned down( freeze them out of the store ) is mandatory. Inconsiderate in my opinion and I am a customer contemplating if I will ever return

this was the absolute best experience i have ever had in my whole life. dorito los tacos is the #1 menu item. its the only one ive had, but if it compares to everything else…. you need to go here. thank you for blessing my evening.

Ordered through the app. The app took my money, but no order ever appeared at the store. Manager said he couldn't do anything, making him virtually useless in his position. They basically stole from me and wouldn't make it right. I can't even call and complain to customer service to retrieve my wasted money because they're closed.

Used my whole entire gift card here at this location lol.Went through the drive thru. They guy use good customer service from the beginning of my order to handing over the bag with all my food items.

Y'all better believe this taco bell was bomb as usual. They were out of chicken which is fine. I subbed for steak. This particular location is so well managed and the crew is always smiling and putting a smile on my wife and I's face
