Carlos is an Artist, have never enjoyed a sandwich from Subway, as much as today. Ask for the footlong Turkey and Ham the "Carlos Way" definitely going back to this specific location in the Woodlands!
Manger is so rude and acts like you are bothering her for asking for a sandwich. I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant. She is awful!
Terrible Service. The lady that served us was rushing, slamming doors, yelling, etc. She shouldn’t serve anybody.
Really disappointed. I ordered online to make it easier for hubby to pick up since I hurt my back. I messed up his TUNA sub and did not delete the lettuce and fixings...but...WHERE IS THE TUNA? (see pics) Really stingy. One slice of provolone on one end? But, the salad makings were fresh. His bottle of tea was warm, not room temp but WARM! So he could not drink it. I ordered a salad with extra bacon and extra dressing. Just a few pieces before I realized 3 small pieces of bacon was it. No extra dressing so the salad underneath was dry. Some of the chicken was mushy, i wasnt even sure it was chicken. Not fresh???? Just disappointing for $25.95.
Excited to eat here today but the experience was awful. We ordered online for Curbside. Once there we said we were outside. I waited for 10 minutes and no one came out. I finally went inside and asked them about it and they annoyingly pointed at the rack that had online orders and my order was sitting there. On the ticket it obviously said CURBSIDE In bold letters. Then when I got home I realized that both sandwiches weren’t toasted either and it was on the receipt. So not only did the curbside not work but apparently neither did the oven, both of which were not communicated to me.
They were closed an hour early with no sign ont he door explaining why, but life happens I understand that. My issue lies in the fact that an employee was just standing outside, doing absolutely nothing when I pulled in, and when he saw I was pulling up to his store, he walked like 20 ft away and basically “hid” out of my vision behind a column. It’s childish honestly, the least he could have done was told me “hey we’re closed, but _____”.
Brooke was so amazing!!!! She was on top of everything!! Very good at time management when having a full house!! Thank you Brooke!!
I am not really a fan of subway but my son wanted to try it. We went there last weekend. It was probably the best subway experience I’ve ever had. A single lady working hard, extremely friendly. Greeted every customer on the way in and said thank you on the way out. Food quality is below the standard of a Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy Johns but service matters. This lady makes a difference
Came in, stood around for about 5 min and nobody came out even after doordash came in and picked up. No employees in sight. As I was walking out someone poked their head around the corner.
This subway is underrated!!!! This establishment needs to be better recognized for their incredible staff, service and food! I live local and stumbled upon this subway and I’m so glad I did! I’ve eaten here several times in the past few months and every single item has been on point! Every single employee is amazing! Special shout out to the new guy working tonight!!!! He made the best sandwich so far and the best salad according to my mister! He appeared nervous and had no reason to be! He’s a rockstar and I hope he gets the praise he deserves from this review! ????????
