Never met such a rude manger !!! And also the girl that keeps touching her hair and playing on her phone instead of making the guest food should maybe find a new job !!!
Unfortunately the reviews for this location are very accurate. Lettuce was beyond where it should have been served, the guy literally put 3 leaves of spinach on my sandwich, and the drinks in the fountains (I like the new aqua fresca) were not prepared properly. Save yourself the trouble and go to the location off of research forest and Alden bridge.
I walked in with 2 guys at 8:40 November 28th not knowing that they were closing at 9. As soon as we started ordering the lady that was working the shift was the rudest employee I have EVER encountered. Enough for me to leave a review! The exact words that came out of her mouth when she got confused with our order was “Jesus guys”, scoffed and rolled her eyes. When it came to paying my boyfriend tipped her $10 cuz it just looked like she wasn’t having a great day apparently, and after my boyfriend said “ I hope day that your day gets better” and all we get is “yup”. Someone fire this lady!!!!
Manager lady is as dumb as a brick.Watched a customer order a subway bowl and asked her for utensils to eat it with. She told him they didn’t have any utensils and the customer got upset because they just spent about 5 minutes ordering and putting together their bowl - the manager gets upset with him and kicks him out of the store!Worst management ever! I would highly suggest going to any other location - there’s another subway not even 8 minutes away a little further down 1488 that’s connected to a gas station.. probably more worth it to go to that one.
The service sucked. No steak, toaster did not work, and they were slow minded

To the two employees that were working at 5:30pm on 6/29… you guys rock!
Took 10 minutes to make a salad and had to repeat everything i said four times for the employee to listen. Kinda dirty and not fresh at all.
This store has the worst service, Subway should really step in and help this location get things figured out.
