Genuinely the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to and drinks are messed up fairly regularly.
I absolutely love this Starbucks! The barista, Heather (I believe that’s her name) is so joyful in the morning; even if there is a bit of a crowd. She is so sweet and more than accommodating- not to mention my lattes are excellent! She goes the extra mile to make customers feel special. After having a rough few days, it’s so refreshing to have someone really put in effort to show she cares about her job and others. If any manager sees this, if she’s not the manager already, please give her a raise or promotion!

They need to hire more people or something. Stuck in drive through chaos line for 35 minutes with no way of getting out. And to top it off, I was given the wrong order. Their online ordering isn’t working either. Saves no time going in. Always have an issue each visit. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Rebecca did an awesome job. 10/1 was crazy busy and she was by herself. She was friendly efficient and made great drinks.

I have never had bad service or waited so long for the barista to even acknowledge my presence as I did recently. The Esty Barista is terrible. She needs to focus on one thing at a time and not bounce all over the place trying to be involved in everything. It makes for a very unpleasant experience. the man standing in front of me yesterday said he had been standing there for quite sometime right in front of the register and this girl walked past him made coffee took orders for the drive through with headset, delivered coffee to the window person and never even spoke to either of us standing for several minutes waiting to place our order. Sorry! my favorite baristas were not there! Usually awesome service.
Its coffee I guess. More like sad burnt brown water but it has caffeine.
The staff here has no idea what customer service is. I've been here three times in the last week and the same lady always makes me wait no matter how many people are in the line... I point this out because i've seen her take multiple orders and multitask while filling them and have had to wait while she's having a conversation with her coworker. Today i had to wait while she rung up her coworkers grocery, meanwhile Target has cashiers and the self checkout aisles available. At this point there's a line behind me and the second person on shift is carrying ice at her leisure. The staff here has no sense of urgency and could care less about it. Furthermore my drink was disgusting.
