The prices in the display box are lower than what the register rings up. Wrong!! No one wants a mystery bill higher than what is advertised on the food display. Where is the manager making sure that the advertised prices match what is wrung up? They were out of whole milk, but were going to charge me extra for heavy cream as a substitute. They should give me the replacement courtesy & not charge me extra because they are out of an ingredient by 2 p.m.. Avoid Starbucks & go to a Mom & Pop coffee shop!
Long ago a man asked me (that man is my dad(also I lied no one asked me that))what the best pastry is and of course my first thought was a chocolate croissant, specifically the chocy crescent from Starbucks. The chocolate croissænt (french accent btw) has had me in a chokehold every since I've first tried it. When my tongue first hit the scrumptious crusty golden coating my skin had cleared, I grew an inch, and I felt a new feeling of superiority over the non-chocococolatei croissant eaters. 10/10 would recommend. Also pls add whip cream to my order whenever I ask it's the only form of serotonin I get nowadays.
The employees are so nice but something has got to be done about the wait time. Even on mobile orders, you’re lucky if you get your coffee 30 minutes after estimated time. Don’t come here if you have somewhere to be! ?
This is the only Starbucks on my way to work, so I stop here about 3 days a week. I ask for the same exact drink every time. Some how, it's always made different. About 75% of the time, it's wrong, yet I still go there hoping it's one of the 25% times it's right. This morning, it was not right. Staff is friendly, drinks are a shot in the dark.
This location is so ridiculously slow in the mornings it’s not funny. Do not attempt a coffee on the way to work unless you have over an hour to spare. I was late to work after leaving an hour early for a job twenty minutes away and I made a single stop, that made me late. Please get it together, Dunkin is literally faster on a regular basis.
This location was very fast in the drive through. The brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso was one of the best drinks I’ve had so far.
Worst location in all of Houston. Consistently making drinks wrong. 9 out of 10 times. I don't like whip on my drinks and they still put it on them and think just scrapping it off is suitable. No remake it. Staff is extremely slow. Always running out of stuff to make drinks.
I just went through the drive thru & the new employee was very professional and looked newer to the location. It was talking a little longer but the person training/talking to her was not professional on any level & was talking down on her in front of customers. Which looked honestly really childish.
I went to Starbucks this morning just to get a holiday drink, I ordered a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was in the festive favorite section so I thought it included the red cup and I get up to the window and they didn’t give me a red cup. they proceed to tell me that a hot chocolate is not a festive drink when it was in the festive section and I have never seen a hot chocolate when it is summer. if they are going to give out free cups for holiday drinks and hot chocolate is not included maybe they should take it out of the festive section because they scammed me. it was also decorate it in a holiday cup it is very miss leading
This is the quietest Starbucks I have ever been in. Wonderful for enjoying conversation with friends over coffee!
