Gmornin it’s Gus, yesterday I was wonderin about the cheese burger combo meal on the sonic menu app. When I couldn’t seem to find the price or if I could add condoments I called this here sonic. I was just tryin to find the price when this lady cussed me out in front of my dear wife Marissa.I would not recommend.
I usually wouldn’t rate a sonic, but this one deserves it. SOLEY because of the service. This one is right by my work so I stop by a lot of morning or lunch times, and there is a couple girls that work there that are always smiling and so sweet. And they are insanely fast. If you haven’t tried a pretzel twist from sonic, try it. They’re my favorite snack.
All I ordered was two drinks (sweet tea). And I got those wrong. Plus it took him 20 minutes to bring them out. When I had the nerve to ask for the correct drink, the girl argued with me and told me that it was sweet.
Perfectly fine sonic. I'm not sure why, but this location's buns are often a bit stale. Maybe how they store them? Other than that, never a complaint.
I used my whole gift card here. One day after work, I had the taste for a soft pretzel, cheese sticks, and a fritz wrap (Yes all of that lol)
Shout out to the manager LUKE best customer service skills out of all the employees at this location that I’ve dealt with. I hope the right person sees this and it benefits him. Thank you for making the food right when others lacked to do the same ??
Ordered a drink, got glass in it. Never happened before and was really surprised. Called to talk to the manager, she was nice. She talked to her manager and that one pretty much said I lied from what the first manager told me. Be careful what you consume here, could have glass in it.
Food was great but your car hops seemed stressed. Kylie gave me my food and ran so fast through her spiel I didn’t catch anything she said. Great customer service otherwise!
Tip your carhops that's what they live on good food great service. It's not an easy road to travel but it's a good one
