I was greeted promptly and my order came out rapidly. I could tell there was great team were here. The pizza was excellent. This is a great place!

Ensure pizza is made correctly, pizza I ordered was a stuffed crust pep and it had very little cheese on pizza surface with a very thin layered crust underneath almost like eating a thin crust but thinner
The delivery time is usually very long with this location and by the time I get my food it is lukewarm warm at best. This doesn't bother me too much as I understand how busy they can get since I worked at Pizza Hut for several years as driver and a cook.However, I recently ordered a pizza and pasta online only for them to forget my pasta. This was after an hour and half wait. Again, no big deal I will just call the store and they will send out the pasta, right?Wrong. They were closing in 10 minutes and letting their drivers off. Eh... I live 2 minutes from the store, but fine I get it I guess. My experience as a driver at Pizza Hut was much different though. That forgotten order would have been delivered even if the manager delivered it herself, especially since it was the stores mistake. Unfortunately for me they could not refund me this money and could not give me online credit, only store credit, since they don't have access to online ordering system for some reason.So here we are a couple of weeks later on a Tuesday night and I thought I would go ahead take them up on the store credit. I pull up Pizza Hut online to check out the menu and I notice that it shows their store as being closed at 6:45 PM on a Tuesday night. I phoned the store and basically they told me they do not deliver on Tuesday nights and that it has been that way for several months.This is absolutely insane to me. Is this a corporate decision or is this a store owner decision?This leads me to question the extremely long delivery times and my food always being cold.At this point I feel like the owners of this establishment are either poorly running this store or being greedy. Hire some damn people!I will no longer give this Pizza Hut the benefit of the doubt and will just take my business elsewhere.
My pizza came as ordered. I have not had any problems at this Pizza Hut which is great because it is very conveniently located near my home. All in all, a great place.
We have been using this location for 7-8 years now. Always consistent and correct. No problems and great Hot Tasty Food.
Driver got lost. Called me and found the apartment complex. Was waiting outside the bldg. Said she couldn’t get in. She didn’t go to the front doors of the bldg. I went outside the bldg to get the “delivery”. Asked if the pizza would even be hot. She assured me yes. I took the box from her. It was barely warm. Such a total waste of money!!
Ordered online then sent me the info saying that my pizza would not be delivered for three hours. I tried to call and cancel the order and they just keep transferring me and then hanging up on me! Update they sent me a text as soon as I posted this saying my pizza was in the way and guess what.... Still not here! Never ever again will inorder pizza hut, I always order from local places who are not in the business of robbing people! $80 worth of food and no one will even answer my phone call or deliver the pizza! THEIVES!
Make the pizza correctly! I was forced to add extra cheese to the $10 tastemaker because you require $11 to deliver, and while I got the extra cheese there was next to zero sauce and the 3 toppings I got were not even enough for half a pizza more less the entire pizza. This was a terrible experience.
