Don’t order from this one! Straight got food poisoning from here. Not only was the chick rude taking my order, the delivery driver didn’t even have our food in the black bag and our cheese pizza was literally bread and sauce! Threw away half the large pizza! Now we get to celebrate Mother’s Day Siting on the toilet and throwing up. This location has gone down hill so much
This is the place to go for your pizza. Very good service, awesome pizza, very clean place. It was our first time there, was very nice experience. Only complaint is the lack of menu's. They said they were updating the menu and waiting on new ones to come in. Had to use the scan code on the table, but it took forever to download... Should have regular menu's on hand in case modern technology does not work...
after 3 tries and 40 minutes of trying to get my order correct (the oven wasn't cooking correctly, under cooked doughy or burnt)I just asked for a refund. I paid cash and was told no one there could do a refund and I'd have to wait 30 minutes for the GM to get there. All round bad experience and do not recommend this location.
I dined in the restaurant this evening, it was pleasant and very accommodating. Great staff and our waitress was just a pleasure. Definitely recommend dining in.
We have ordered from you guys a lot since we moved to Magnolia and the location is so close to our house, we have never been disappointed. We ordered last night for delivery and it was like the pizza had been sitting out all day and microwaved for 30 seconds. It was barely warm when we got the pizza, and the stuffed crust, which is normally melted cheese, was hard cheese. We also got mozzarella sticks and wings, which were below average as well. We were honestly just disappointed.
Hardly any sauce on the pizza. Order extra dipping sauce to compensate and did not even receive it. I was hoping to have the option for garlic crust but they didn't.
It was over cooked and no cheese on 1 slice and no ingredients on my other pizza only on the sides
We came through the drive thru to order large pizza, chicken wings and a drink. The guy told us the total, we paid then he came back to tell us the total was $5 more than he originally told us. Apparently he was training, but someone was right there helping him, and didnt catch it right away. We then pulled forward to wait. After no one came to us, we went back through the drive thru to ask for our food, and they told us they didnt know where we went and that there was no name on our order. Better training would help!
Received wrong delivery order - AGAIN. Manager argued with my husband, was making excuses and saying that's it's only been her and one other person there all day, after telling her that's not our issue if they aren't staffed appropriately, she offered us a credit; saying 'will that make you happy'. Manager called me back on my cell phone and started arguing with me that I made error when I ordered. I told her I was looking at my online order and it was correct; she then very loudly says 'lady this is ridiculous'. She called me, I didn't call her! Manager VERY RUDE and unprofessional! Food was thrown in trash and doubtful that I'll see that credit!
I would like to get what I ordered. I ordered a large pizza - got a medium.... I took a picture of the medium pizza in a large box - happy to send it.
