2 nights in a row tried to order, 1st night, they shared but said closed early. So called the following night much earlier placed an order was told anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half and was fine with that as long as we had dinner and no one ever showed up or answered the phone after the hour and a half. Call the next day to complain and they said they would have their corporate office follow up within the next 48 hours and they never did it.
The key thing about this place is that they don't charge for each individual sauce like dominos does. The staff seems to quick to help customers and be laid back.
Order here alot and my delivery tonight was, extremely quick, and my pizzas were surprisingly awesome and in presentation. The cook and driver were fantastic!! Great job everyone.
Horrible. After ordering delivery from this restaurant for years, they suddenly stopped delivering to our neighborhood. Apparently, the new manager decided she is not interested in easy deliveries (right down the road) with large tips an high margins because we technically live outside of the "delivery area." So after waiting 1.5 hours for the delivery, I called and she told me this. My kids are starving, and I'm picking up pizza from a local establishment that's better anyway. I'll never order from any Papa Johns again, and I'll make sure friends and family do not either. This place sucks. Now that I'm thinking about it, the garlic sauce is mostly cold every time we've ordered from this one too. Stick with Pizzalos or Domino's instead. Congrats Papa Johns on earning the first negative review I've ever posted. You did it.
Living in magnolia, I’ve given this place a lot of opportunity to do better. I’ve had more bad experiences than good. One time it took two hours to get our order and it was cold. Another they brought us someone else’s order then the manager argued with me about it and I still got the wrong order. Last night was the last straw, I waited two hours for our order for them to say the delivery driver left it at the door. They did not, we were outside the whole time. They offered to remake and send it back out but nothing further and had zero remorse for my kids sitting hungry waiting on the order. Needless to say, I’m done with papa johns in magnolia.
This is the most dishonest, incompetent place I have ever been. I didn't shop there last night and will not spend a single penny there ever again.
Very disappointed with the flavor, presentation, and taste of this pizza. Magnolia, TX location needs help. I’m sure Covid has a lot to do with quality but it was very disappointing to spend $35 when my kids wouldn’t even eat it. And that’s saying a lot.Worst papa johns pizza I’ve ever tasted. Truly
One pepperoni pizza, 3 1/2 miles away, took 2 hours. I thought the projected time was a mistake. I'll never call for delivery again but wonder now if pick up is almost as slow??
Good pizza! Friendly people!
Great pizza ordered from app and no issues. Driver was courteous
