This location constantly forgets things. Out of the 4 times I have ordered pizza from here it has been correct a total of 0. Also, when I call to let them know, I am treated to rudeness and neglect. I would go to dominos or even pizza hut to be completely honest. Don't waste your time and money with this location.
This Papa Johns makes THE BOMBEST PIZZA EVERYTIME. And if they're delivery time says 2 hours, it's usually like 50 mins
Do not order from this location they give false information and have staff that have no knowledge of the system. It is very disheartening that a company that has been around as long as they have do not have the correct software or people skills to properly convey the correct information. Considering we are on the same street and 8.5 miles away from them they apparently cannot deliver.
Honestly great. Made an order through call, picked it up 10 minutes later and ate it warm at home. Fast service and delicious!
Love this place! We order from here at least 3 times a month. Pizza is always awesome! Delivery time is always shorter than quoted! And they have awesome delivery drivers!
We order The Works Pizza and was Undercooked. I definitely not giving this pizza to my kids.
Pizza very poorly made. Crust tasted terrible. Staff does not know how to make a good base.
Tried to order online but the website was not working for me. Tried calling and could not get a live person to answer just a recording to hold. Was on hold over 10 minutes before I hung up. Decided to drive to this pizza location and while driving my daughter tried to order online from her house but when she placed the order the website would not take her credit card. There was nothing wrong with her credit card. When I got to this pizza location they said the website was not working. When I placed my order it was going to cost me three dollars for the exact same pizza I tried to order online. When I spoke to the manager she would not agree to their website price because I was ordering in the pizza location not online. I said forget it and walked out. It was not my fault that Papa John’s hired phone service and their website were not working and I am certainly not paying three dollars more for poor service.
Very disappointed with this location. Pumpkin pizza came messed up. Had to make it a face as best as I could before the grands saw it. Philly Cheese Papadias tasted SOUR , with hardly any filling. For paying $38 for delivery. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again .
Ordered two pizzas for delivery in the app and normally get decent pizza. Last night was not the case. One of the pizzas was so undercooked no one wanted to eat it. The dough was raw! I will be putting it in the oven to try and salvage it but will definitely think twice about using this location again.
