It’s a Sunday around 9:30 PM I came inside the store to order because one of the drive trough was close!! And waited like 25 min for my order!! They had enough staff inside the kitchen and I front!! But they are talking and also focusing more in the car orders than the one inside!! Which are only like 3 people inside!!! It seems like nobody cares about the customer service here!!
I come from the food industry, from cashier to management - so I know how it all works. 1st. I come through the drive thru and ordered word for word a #2 QUARTER POUNDER MEAL with no onions or pickles, a happy meal for my son, and 5 HONEY MUSTARD SAUSES (all caps words are important info for later) - pull up and pay, pull up again to get the order (no issues so far) - man at the window hands out our drinks first, then my son's meal, and then mine - I checked bag just in case for the sauce, no sauce, so I politely asked if I can have the sauces I ordered, as he was grabbing them I checked my burger (again, just in case) and it was much smaller than a quarter pounder. So I asked him if this was a quarter pounder? I word for word said "I'm so sorry, I ordered a #2 quarter pounder meal, this one looks like a mcdouble (much smaller in size) is this correct? I know i ordered a #2 quarter pounder meal unless i read the number wrong?" He asked for my receipt and came back at me with "no this is a hamburger meal, you ordered it wrong". I was extremely baffled by how blatantly rude that comment was and how he said it. I'm legally blind..my apologies if I read the number wrong (insert sarcasm)..but I definitely said quarter pounder meal....and me being the pushover type and uncomfortable with conflict and rudeness I just said uhh alright, can I have my 5 sauces please. He said it's in the bag, nope...only 2 sauces....so I sucked it up and left.... came through today 5/15/2022 @ 2:35pm #1323 on the receipt. DO BETTER
I won’t go here anymore is the worst place to go there not friendly there rude and I won’t eat there they don’t change there gloves , Why I say this when your preping food no matter what you do need to change your gloves when your touching your hat your face when you go out of the prep. Table come back wash hands and change your gloves even when your getting drinks I saw this and I won’t go there anymore to many people standing waiting for food simple little things it takes them 10 minutes wow the Manager sitting down and the GM Rosa I think that’s her name and She don’t say anything wow I noticed just to other colores not her people wow !! Not coming back !!!!
Food was made very fast and food was correct and tasted pretty good, staff was nice and patient.
No salads, Ice cream machine was down too. No salads???
Consistently the worst McDonalds I ever been to. Order is wrong every time. The order has not been correct once in the two years I have lived here. Food is always old. The kids running the place seem more interested in hanging out than working. The management from the location on League Line Rd, a location that is always good, needs to come train these people.
I dont know, but when we order in the drive through. I think ketchup and napkins should always be in the bag, or atleast offered if not already in the bags. Of course our bags had neither when I asked for the items I was handed 2 ketchup and 2 napkins for 4 meals. When I asked for more I got attitude. Won't be returning to this location.
Glad to have been observant. We were order 31, included chilled coffee. Received part of order 32, hot for other customer, solved issue. Mine was ?.
Although McDonald's food isn't spectacular its consistently good, theyve expanded the menu, it's served quickly and they seem to always get my orders right!
Food great but Diet Coke was expenses. I started trying Mc DonLds because of prices. I am 75 and the dollar drinks was why I tried.
