If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a curbside order and sat in the curbside spot for 20 minutes. I never saw anyone come out to the other so I got in the drive thru line hoping to get some help. Instead of help, I was told he couldn’t help me if its a curbside order and that I shouldn’t be in the drive through. I told him I sat there and nobody ever came out and he told me I needed to be patient. This was about 30 seconds of him arguing back and forth with me about my order, never offered to helped, ask for an order confirmation from email or anything. I finally get out of line, and go into the lobby. They have the doors locked. There’s already lots of people waiting. A kind (what seemed like) manager finally came to the register and I explained my order. He couldn’t find the order anywhere. He had to remake it and I still waited another 20 minutes. I understand being busy, but this kid in the drive through was rude and never offered to help. I’ve never had someone be that rude to me at a restaurant ever. I checked into curbside at 6:55 pm and finally left at 7:50. Not that the restaurant cares, but I definitely won’t be back there.
service was really bad not gonna lie. uh so let me talk about the ketchup dispenser.... the ketchup was mis colored and like had a very bad taste to it and had more of a jelly like movement to it like it would jiggle. so the service. we didnt get our hasbrowns had to go up to counter and ask for them. im guessing one of the managers where having a bad day or something was getting on the the workers constantly about wrapping things wrong and just being loud.
We have tried this location multiple times... We ordered ahead of time thinking it might be better. We knew we would be in a hurry... Unfortunately we ended up sitting in the car for 20 minutes waiting for our food. So curbside is a complete waste of time...
I frequent this location and have a good experience 9/10 times. However today was not one of those. For the record, I was order #1362 on 3/27 @ 3:36pm. My order included a small fry. The fries they gave me were an extremely deep brown color, hard as a rock and had a clear burnt flavor. So I returned them to the window attendant and asked for fresh fries. I was asked to pull forward and was happy to wait for fresh fries.A few minutes later, fresh fries come out but they were the most aggressively salted fries I have every received in my entire life. Im not sure if it was a some sort of retaliation for requesting fresh food or if the dispenser fell apart while salting.Regardless, if malicious, food tampering is absolutely unacceptable and warrants a firm review by management.
Apparently McDonald's no longer fills the cup to the top when ordering a small strawberry banana smoothie or caramel sundae??? This isn't got coffee that could potentially spill & burn me.
Stopped and picked up breakfast. Went inside, because drive thru was very busy. Ordered our food right away, young lady was very polite. They got my food ready in a few minutes, and everything was good and fresh, and hot...
Just sat in line for over 30 minutes at 2pm on Friday and unfriendly person taking order. Paid for order but got the completely wrong order after having to wait at pickup window for almost 5 minutes! I unfortunately did not check the order then because it had been so long needed to get home. Didn’t find out until I got home with it! This location consistently having issues. Think I learned my lesson now and will stay away.
THE HOURS OF OPERATIONS SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 12am. Well my husband and I get there around 11:15p:11:20p and there’s like two cars in one lane. So we go to the second lane to order. We sit there for like 3minutes and we drive to the window.At first they ignore our horn blow to get someone’s attention. Then someone finally turns around and says they’re closed.So we drive back to the front. A worker starts to walk out. I asked him, what time do you all close? He said 9pm… YET ALL THE LIGHTS ARE ON, we see staff walking at the back and sitting in the lobby as well as leaving; and at the same time customers like myself steady pulling up.Never will visit here again ??????

They’re rude for no reason. We always say thank you and whatever and they literally don’t even talk to us.
