Edit: I'm seeing from other reviews that this is a HUGE issue here, as well as the woman trying to make excuses for degrading her employees in front of customers.. there is no redemption here. Avoid this place! Taco bell is down the street!Uh, have tried to order online multiple times only to have the rudest middle aged woman tell us they're not taking orders AND we can't simply order in store...? Despite other people being in store eating..? Why have yourself listed on postmates if you're goings to be SO offended someone tried to order ahead...? Came here with another friend and they immediately said the same woman was rude, rolling her eyes, talking under her breath, and bring incredibly unprofessional. You're working at a taco joint as a grown adult, and acting as if pushing a few buttons to ring someone in, is a life ending task, maybe consider a different job..? The customer service and professionalism is horrendous. Would not recommend this place for the food or the staff, wish I could give negative stars. Such a weird and off-putting experience on multiple occasions now, I'll be letting my foodies know to avoid this place! They won't even get an order in!
Tracy is amazing I’ve been coming here since before covid almost on a weekly basis. She is personable remembers us and the food is always the best. This is my favorite taco place and restaurant to come and eat with my grandmother and has almost become something of a tradition. I’m in love with this place!
This place is a a hidden gem I love the tacos the sauces are amazing and they have really stepped it up with the menu and service thanks Traci I will be back every time I’m in magnolia
Let me just tell you the quesadillas are FIRE and customer service is top notch! If Tracy is here ask for her, she’s amazing!
Damn good tacos! Yeah I said that, because it's true! Good draft beer selection and AMAZING food. Tracey, the manager at this spot, showed more hospitality than I've seen at a restaurant in a while. I'm coming back for more
The food is usually pretty good but the service and management has really dropped off. Sometimes even overtly rude and just seeming very apathetic or even annoyed by their customers. They are lucky there is not a torchys or taco cabana close by because i worry they wouldn’t last with another decent breakfast taco place in the area.
Manager said very rudely did someone come in when open sign was off. Well it was several minutes after 7 when they open at 7 and the front door was open. Never got chewed out for coming in establishment to spend money. Not appropriate behavior for a manager. Steve Seagroves
Tracy is amazing. All the other workers are lazy. I waited an hour for 2 quesadillas to be shoved into one box
We’ve been coming here for a while now. The food is usually hit or miss. This time our food was cold. Really cold. The biggest disappointment was hearing how one of the workers talked down to her employees. She’s not professional at all.
We ordered from them using Uber eats and clearly they did not care about our food quality. When I say this I mean nothing in the tacos. Horrible. Do not dumb your money down the drain....
