I went there today food was good other than they didn't cut my pizza all the way. It is by far dirty they have greasy finger prints everywhere in the windows on the TV's. The floor was so dirty beyond belief. Like someone seriously needs to take initiative and clean this place to at least to look presentable and not make the customers have to worry about how dirty it must be back there where they make the food. Lazy lazy lazy
Ordered through the app today.. they took mu order and money. Drove up to the store only for them to be closed!! There were other customers in the same situation. We want a refund!!

Every time I come to this location that r slow and are lost, been here 3 times, the manager needs to talk to the crew, I go to the Tomball 1 all the time and that have there stuff together, this magnolia location does not. I could say more but I'm not.

I called at 3:08 to pickup at 5pm.. 4 pizzas… the guy took my name and number said it’ll be ready… I show up at 4:50 they have no knowledge of my order… get it together.. wtf? Not to mention they let the phone ring for 20 minutes before answering… smh
I will avoid buying pizza in this store. They do not care about customer services, and if you have an issue with the orders, they will tell you it is not their business.Their average waiting time is above 1.5 hours.
Last three times have been terrible. Long wait time, no prestock, with mediocre pizza assembly...
Went to this location at 9:27pm on Saturday night. Walked in and waited for someone to help. Someone finally came out and I asked for a hot and ready. He quickly responded that they don’t have any.It was awkward because he didn’t say anything else. I said so how long…and he said 20 mins. I said is there anything that could be made quicker? And he just responded, cheese or pepperoni, sir.He was a real jerk. And there was rock music blasting in the background. I just said forget it and he responded, have a good day sir.Joke.
I usually avoid this place like the plague since they never get my order right, but today I am glad I gave them another chance. I ordered online and had it delivered through DoorDash. It was hot and perfect!! Whoever is working today (black Friday) needs recognition for perfecting our order on such a busy day. Thank you!!
