My father and I picked up a large order of chicken on Easter morning to take to a family gathering. The chicken was very good. Zach and the other employee were very friendly and helpful. They also gave us a box full of plastic Easter eggs with small toys inside to give out to the children at our family gathering.
KFC SIDE; Everything is always soggy as though they never have the oil hot enough before they fry. Alternatively you might get it shriveled from over frying, I suppose to make up for the fact their oil is constantly not hot enough.TACO SIDE; all the burritos are gimp as though they are desperately trying to conserve their supply. Order anything enclosed and its a surprise what it actually turns out to be inside. Somehow the tacos are soggy aswell. If your okay with all that still check your order before you drive off, you'll be missing something every other time you came here for being to lazy to go elsewhere. I know you probably just waited as long as going to an actual restaurant but at that point you already made your choice.
After 20 minutes waiting I got my order, all wrong. Ordered chicken family meal, but I got tacos instead. Returned the tacos and finally got the chicken. When arrived at home the sides were missing. Call the store and they said I can return, but live 40 minutes away. Not willing to refund, deliver or help in anyway. I won’t return for sides or ever in my life. Worst customer service.
Part of the chicken sandwich. No napkins in the bag. Crispy chicken sandwich you would think would be crispy and crunchy it's not soft and mushy flavors not bad but not what I had expected. I had been warned not to go there but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt now I know why
It seems like this place gets worse by the second! Every time I come here I'm hoping the service is a little better... I'm soon reminded that it has not I'm the only customer here at 9:40 p.m. it took them 40 minutes to bring me four pieces of chicken and a drink. If This is individually franchised, you guys need to get some ownership supervision or some sort of management training program for this place. Horrible!
Growing up, I've always loved KFC fried chicken.....it's very nostalgic. But, over the past 10 years or so, no matter what location I go to, the Original recipe KFC seems a bit more soggy and greasy than it used to be.....So, here's my opinion. First, we received excellent customer service at this location ....very warm & friendly people work there :). Second, I still love the flavor of the original recipe chicken ....the flavor is great! However, the texture of the original recipe is just too soggy and greasy for my liking. Their crunchy chicken was good ....in that the texture was really nice & crunchy.....and not greasy at all....but it was a little bland. (Of course, in a perfect world..... I wish I had the light crunchiness of their crunchy chicken with the spices and flavor of the original recipe.). Anyway, the coleslaw was delicious.....super cold and refreshing! And the biscuits are always good. It was a meal that wasn't bad, wasn't great, just okay. But it was a good value and satisfied our hunger. :)
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered for delivery at 10:30 am for 12:30 and I got it over an hour late. The coleslaw was the worst EVER!!!! ( I have been eating there my entire life) The gravy was gelatin--we had to remake. When I called the location to find out the problem, the explanation was that the Taco Bell in there was super busy and he we stressing out on the phone on me when I asked my status update. When the door dasher showed up they needed nine more minutes to do the rolls (mind you it was 1:10 ish). The dasher said it is the worst place she ever goes to pick up food.We have eaten there in restaurant before and had bad experiences. This location needs major help!!!
Have no idea how this place stays in business. Would be faster to drive to one in tomball or Louisiana. Poor dude in the drive thru has been waiting longer than us we been waiting 15 minutes with no one in the store
Absolutely the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Was so over cooked and dry that I couldn't even eat it. Felt like I was chewing on jerky. Horrible!!
Having worked in fast food before, this was very poorly executed. We were waiting for our food with no cars in front of us for 43 minutes. We did get a wait warning of 12 minutes for wings, but 43 minutes is excessive. The proportion of ingredients was off seeming like they were trying to make some things stretch vs. being prepared for busy times. I feel for the staff as historically we have had poor service from there with other crews. I think their leadership really needs to make more presence and lead by example of what is expected.
