I walked in at 11:30a on a Tuesday to order 11 Little Johns for some school children. I was told they only had the "right bread" for 7-8 Little Johns, and that I should have called and given them 24 hour notice. Seriously?!! When I asked if they could just cut larger bread into smaller sizes they said no. They said all they could do was call around to other shops, or bake more "Little John bread" so I could come back in an hour. Again I suggested they cut other bread into smaller sandwiches, and was told no. So I said, "so you are unwilling to do anything now to make 11 Little Johns for 11 school kids who are waiting for sandwiches for their lunches in 1/2 an hour?" And all I got was a "sorry". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! How ridiculous that they couldn't find a way to make 3-4 more little sandwiches! They've lost my business! I recomend going down the road to the Jersey Mike's who went out of their way to help me.

Love their food. But service has gone downhill since new ownership. Today- ordered a sandwich and asked for extra oil and vinegar. Young Male worker was very rude about giving extra oil and vinegar. Said no. Tried to give him feedback that it’s a small thing to do for a loyal customer. He ignored the feedback and simply said “good day”.

Don’t know how this location is still in business.Literally have tried 5-6 times to eat here.. lunch and dinner and each time they are closed.. I come in at 2pm today and they are closed because “they are on lunch break”.. literally watched a handful of customers walk off after being told the same…. Not even going to try here again.. I will instead keep going to Jersey Mikes across the street..

I love Jimmy John's! The staff are always friendly and have fast service....My absolute favorite sandwich right now is the special called "Zesty Turkey Club"....it's soooooo delicious!!! The thing that makes this sandwich shine is the tender & sweet roasted tomatoes, basil pesto aioli and pickled red onion....very delicate and makes the flavors pop. :). For their regular sandwiches, the ones that are always available...... I have my favorites depending on my mood. The Italian Night Club is a classic sub..... But if I'm in the mood for ham, I'll get the Jimmy Cubano. The tuna sandwiches are freaking awesome....very classic "retro" tuna, like when I was growing up in the 80s.....tastes just like home...very nostalgic! :). For summer, I usually crave the Beach Club, which has yummy roasted turkey and avocado (among other things). I've always had great service when I go there.....so, I'm very puzzled by some of the negative reviews I have read in this forum. I can say, from my own personal experience, and I've been a customer here for years, this Jimmy John's location rocks! I highly recommend Jimmy John's.....great service, great food and freaky fast! ?

Ok now their prices are 70% more then other surrounding locations. $20 for a giant when at other areas it's $13.64. Why the increase? Last time I'll stop at this Magnolia location.***update they changed their price back to $13.64. Thank you!

Worst customer service. I had a delivery. Called and spoke to a rude lady. Asked to speak to manager and she claimed to be ‘the manager’. In the end, she said I could get a refund and she was informed of the time I was getting off, which was 3 hours later. She said it was fine as long as the whole order was intact including the drink. I get to the store, walk in, see 2 men working, and I told one of them I was there for a refund. He started asking questions. Questions were answered. He kept saying he didn’t believe me. That no one in his store would say the things I was saying. Well I asked him to speak to a manager and he claimed to be the GM and wanted to remake my sandwich and give me credit for another sandwich for a different day because he could not give refunds. At this point I didn’t not want a sandwich, I wanted my money back for being treated unfairly and being called a liar. I spent $23 for ONE damn sandwich, chips, drink, cookie and I paid a good tip for the driver. FYI, my office is half a mile away from this location. Ridiculous. This establishment needs better management, happier employees or needs to close.

I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice.However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.

We were told you don’t sell bread anymore with “Oh, um, we don’t do that.”When did this stop?Also, employees looking at my husband and another lady waiting outside at 10:58am and do not open the door until 11:10 is unacceptable!

Had to buy two kids sandwiches at almost 6.00 a piece just for my small child to have enough to eat. Barely 1 piece of turkey and half a piece of cheese. Totally ridiculous.

The food was good, but the fact that there's nobody running the register is really hurting the revenue of this company.Upon coming inside, the manager running the store said the system was down and to order online.Not a huge problem normally, but we had 5 people during our lunch break having to order on one phone.I saw at least 4 people walk in and leave as a result of their system being down.Also, because they were so busy none of our sandwiches were cut and we're not made properly.
