The people always taking the orders are so funny usually and are very well mannered and are quicker than most other Jack in the boxes.
Great service!The floors are clean, bathrooms checked regularly, and we haven’t had an incorrect order over the last year we’ve been going here every now and then. Can’t think of anything I would suggest improving, wish other fast food establishments would be at the level this Jack in the Box operates at!
Very poor service, the manager Carlos in inconsiderate, they got my family’s order wrong several times and blamed me. I repeated myself multiple times and I get blamed, when I asked Carlos for his boss’s information he refused to provide it. He even yanked the receipt away when I reached for it for the information. I asked for my card and he wouldn’t hand it back, then starts my refund once I tell him I’m going to call the police. I already gave him most of the food back and my husband was gathering the rest.
The young man working the drive thru is very pleasant, polite, quick and witty. The sourdough jack was pretty good too.
This place has not once ever gotten my order correct. It shouldn't be hard to make a couple of tacos without putting lettuce on it, yet they can't manage to do that.
If you're hungry for quick bite it's better than nothing
These dudes movin weight, they handle your order quick and proper and promptly return to recreation
Best Jack-In-The Box ever. Their food is always super hot. I know it’s fast food but when it comes out looking like the menu and it’s well done, it really makes a big difference.The staff at this location is always really friendly, and to this day, they’ve never messed up one of our orders. The manager John has a great attitude and it’s always a good decision to eat at the Magnolia J.I.T.B.
The breakfast sandwiches are always good but the hash browns are always cold. Can't stand cold hash browns. But if you order just the sandwich without the hash browns it's more $$.
Excellent food every time I stop here. Love the sourdough hamburger. Great curly fries.
