I got a breakfast Jack. It was hot fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
I just placed an order on the app to pick up at the drive thru at 10:30pm. I've placed and received this exact same order flawlessly MANY times. Tonight I arrived, and there was a construction barrel blocking the drive thru and nobody in the store that is supposed to be open 24 hours. There is no way to get your money back in the app. I had no choice but to drive to the nearest location and place the order again and pay for it a second time. I get it - you have staffing shortages. But could somebody at least have courtesy to shut the app down so it won't steal my money first? Truly pathetic.
Forced to go through drive thru and ordered egg rolls and a small root beer. Mr. Personality (as in lack there-of) was hard to understand since he’s muttering on top of the mask he’s wearing. Not sure what I’m drinking but it’s definitely not root beer and I got one, burnt looking egg roll. Now maybe it no longer features two in an order, but very unimpressed by this experience.
This was my go to JIB since i lived in the area all my life. The quality of the overall franchise met JIB food quality standards, but the reason I give it one star is bc its not 24 hours like it states. And it never fails someone is always there just listening to us drunk, up late, night owls say, "hello" for 10 minutes in the intercom without taking one damn order. So the open 24 hours is false. And they dont more than ever do have the teriyaki bowl available. Plus, its in the middle of downtown old magnolia where every law enforcement officer loves to do his job, they sit on every corner
Edit 2: we recieved an email saying we would be refunded. At least there's that but I'm still very disappointed with how this was handled. This jack is only a 5 min drive from our house but may seriously consider going further if this kind of behavior continues.To start, we frequent this jack a couple times a month. There's been a few hiccups here and there but over all nothing too terrible. That escalated today. My husband stopped to pick up breakfast for me as a surprise (yay) and had done the order via mobile app as we have done many times. When he arrived they told him they didn't have the order in their system and suggested he may have sent it to the old mag location. It happens so he checked and it said no he sent it to the right one and they told him tough luck basically because it wasn't showing in their system. He showed them the mobile receipt and that he had already paid but again they told him there was nothing they could do and didn't make the food. My husband rarely gets fired up over things but he was proper mad. He had stopped by again in person after picking our son up from school to speak to a manager but said she was not helpful and told him again that there was nothing she could do. She was dismissive like he was wasting her time and she didn't want to deal with it. He had the receipt to show he paid and they refused. To our knowledge there is no way to request a refund through the app so not only did they refuse to make the food, we are out the money it costs. It's not bank breaking amounts but seriously? I feel cheated like they stole from us. Again it's not bank breaking amounts but to be so flippant when he had proof he paid and all. Its just unreal to me. We will continue to try and reach out to upper store management about the issue and the shift managers attitude but sadly I don't expect much to come from it. Will update if management reaches out.Edit: we already filled out the contact form on their website and recieved an email that it would be sent to the proper GM/Management team so we shall see.

Food was good. I went through the drive through but still had a little bit of a wait to get my order after placing the order. Good service overall...staff was friendly.
