Ordered a #4 No onions receipt even says no onions but got my food with onions.They literally do not pay attention when making orders but they expect to make $15/hr you can't even read bro.When I took it back inside the manager really asked if I just wanted them to "Take them off" no dude common sense says I ORDERD IT HOW I WANTED IT. If I wanted you to 'Just' take them off I'd do it myself.Boy was mad he had to remake it but again at the end of the day if you would do your job and READ the ticket you wouldn't of had to redo the food. It wasn't even busy.!!! Then by time my other food was cold and fries were nasty. Definitely won't be coming back here again. Our 1st and our Last time.
I love their Concretes (basically ice cream). I always get a concrete with butterscotch topping and sliced almonds. It is so good. I do not know of any fast food restaurants that serve butterscotch topping.Traditionally, a concrete refers to thick frozen custard blended at high speeds and mixed with fruits, candy, cookies, nuts. My only wish is that they have more Freddy's around town
If I could I would give this location a zero star rating. Dirty counters and doors. The meat on my burger was made up of all the ragged edges off of other patties. Contacted the manager and he agreed it was not right. Offered a replacement of my meal, but it took over 10 minutes to have it brought to me.On top of this the drinks were only available in cans. We were told by the cashier that it was due to a boil water notice!!! What????I asked if the ice dispenser was available and was told it SHOULD be fine because the ice machine has a filter. Not very reassuring.Terrible experience and I am very disappointed.
We use this. Location often.Always friendly and courteous.Excellent quality of food.The drive thru can be a bit slow.We go in to order.It’s much faster and easier.
The staff are nice, but this place smells like grease and rotting meat. The smell is so bad I could not eat inside there today. They need to shut down for a day and really clean, it has gotten worse over the last few weeks.
My son has been on me to go to Freddy’s for some time now. He raves about the burgers. Well, we decided to visit the other day and I was shocked to find one of my favorite foods, chili dogs, on the menu. Of course I had two, one was enough, and then some custard. I was very impressed. Friendly staff, fast service and the food was delicious. Only one thing you need to now before visiting Freddy’s…it is very cold in there so bring a jacket!
Great burgers, the meat is very good quality and cooked perfectly to a crisp. They are delicious. We also love the frozen custard and the cookie custard sandwich.
Great service and amazing concrete :) Our dog was offered a “pup cup” at the drive thru window and it made our night! Thank you for making our first experience a good one
I'm in love with their custard. If you are having a sweet tooth and want ice cream, this is the place to go!
The fries are gross taste like cardboard even when they are fresh and the burgers have zero flavor because all the flavor is smashed out of them… flatter than a pancake. The employees are super nice though and I love the custard… that’s the only thing worth going there for IMO
