Ate here on 4/9/22. Employee's were quick and friendly. Love the fries, probably wouldn't visit at all if they had different fries. My hub got a double bacon cheeseburger, it was $11.75 for the burger only. That's just way to much for a lone burger. Can get a whole burger meal at Chili's or Denny's with a much bigger patty. We will not be back.
Love their food, restaurant is always clean, respectful employeesI have never encountered a problem when going to any 5 guys
First time here, the front register person was not the best at explaining. Also hard to understand his accent. But! He was patient and didn't give up nor give off condescending vibes.Overall: Food ok. I was hungry. Pricey.Message to management: "I want to inspire you to revisit how the walk in customers experience your establishment. Kuddos to the patience your employee presented. Honestly, post COVID the customer service stakes are higher now making face to face encounters on a whole new level." ?PS: ensure you have crayons ?️?️?️ that was a fun concept I couldn't participate in...
Prices went UP (I get it... it's the world we live in) but patty sizes got cut almost in half... Fries were old and stale tasting. Asked to speak with manager and was told she'd be right out.. 20 minutes later but she has enough time to tell the poor guy working the register that she was "too busy."A note to Priscilla, the manager on duty - it's usually best to make sure I can't see you shopping online on your computer from behind the double doors before you tell someone you're too busy to speak with them, and especially isn't professional to say "I'm not gonna talk to her" when I'm within earshot.Used to eat here once a week... didn't come in for a few months and disappointed is an understatement. This place used to be the BEST, now just average with rude management.
The place is clean. The sales representative was very attentive and bilingual. The food was prepared quickly and came out very delicious. It is rarely full so it's a good place for short waiting times. The restrooms were also clean but only serves one person at a time.
Thankful for lettuce wrapped burgers and their fries!!! Good service here, wait was short. Gluten friendly, dairy free if needed (they only have American cheese). Fries are in their own fryer which makes them completely gluten free - not sure about the Cajun seasoning though.
When you want a big juicy burger with a ton of fries, this is definitely the place to go. The staff was polite and got our order out fast.
I have only been to five guys once before, and didn’t remember the experience, so I stopped in the other day to grab a quick to go lunch. I ordered a hamburger, small fry, and a soft drink to go, for just myself. It ended up being almost $18! ? I didn’t remember the prices being so high, but a burger alone was almost $10, and I didn’t even get a cheeseburger, it was just a regular one; small fries were nearly $5, and the drink was about $3. That is insanely expensive for just one person! And then when I drove ten minutes away to my destination, the burger was already soggy, which was very disappointing! It tasted good and you do get a ton of fries with your meal no matter what size you order, but was definitely not worth $18. I probably won’t be going back.
I've been here a couple of times and the food has always been great. I would definitely recommend the Cajun Fries, as they are some of the best fries that I've had in years!
EVERY TIME I've called here and this is not an exaggeration they either answer the phone and hang up or don't answer at all. I love this place (food wise) but I do not love the customer service even in store.. Why even have a phone? Good luck trying to place an order here.
