This Denny's has much to be desired in the way of customer service. The food itself was good to go. No complaints at the cook, but the waiter was something else. Once we were seated, it took almost 15 minutes for him to even come ask if we wanted beverages. I might add that this was a Wednesday afternoon and there were exactly three tables occupied in the entire restaurant. We overheard our waiter arguing with another employee in there kitchen, so it took almost 15 minutes for our drinks, a coke and iced tea, to arrive. I won't get into the task it was ordering our food, but needless to say, I've always been able to order my eggs prepared the way I want them, i e., scrambled, fried hard, whatever, yet I had this "waiter" tell me that l had to get them sunny side up, just like the menu picture. Yeah, good luck with that.This was the second time I've had bad service at this location. There won't be a third. I will stick with IHOP, or some other breakfast nook, but I won't be going back this Denny's.
When we arrived my family and I stood there for a few minutes before being greetedThen we were told they needed a bigger table for my family. In stead of grabbing a coworker she asked my husband to help.I didn't feel he shoulda had to do that especially to later find out a manner was sitting near by that could have helped herI didn't receive napkins til it was time for me to go and my meal was totally flavorless.I didn't care for this locations customer service at all.I asked about the special you can get for one free kids meal per adult and my server didn't even bother to ask management.If you follow my reveiws you'll no we don't mind paying however if it's available I'd like to save too.I'll never return here and wasn't to clean in my opinion I eat out alot. Do better Dennys.waste of 70.00
Troy (I think that was his name) was the person that greeted us as we walked in he said sit wherever and I’ll follow you, so we did but he did not follow us. When he finally came he started arguing with a sweet older lady and hollering at her from across the restaurant he then proceeded to throw our silverware on the table at us and rushed us to order. We asked for an appetizer but didn’t receive it until we got our food and it wasn’t cooked all the way through. All other food was good besides that. We never got a refill on our coke. And had to wait 30 minutes for our ticket.In between all of this he was making fun of and mocking the older lady he was hollering at. I’ve ate at Denny’s hundreds of times all across the United States and never seen someone behave this badly.And finally when we were paying another person came in and he said “oh great more people” & rolled his eyes.
Had a great dining experience here this morning! David was my server and was quick and attentive and very funny! I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.
As a fat guy I’ve been to my share of diners. Up until recently Denny’s has never disappointed. I was particularly fond of the loaded bacon cheddar tots and had voiced my love of them to the manager. The manager had stated they were one of her favorites as well. Based on the positive affirmation received from the manager I assumed these would remain a mainstay on the menu. I was wrong. Taking away a beloved menu item that is appreciated by all that have tried it is an abomination. That’s how the Russians win. Bring back the tots please.
Omg where do i start!! This was probably the worst Denny's i have ever been to. I walk in and see floors are dirty. At first you are like ok people may have just left they will come around and clean. So we sit down and the waiter was pretty timely at first. So across from us there was a party that had to tables together. We order our food( kids pancakes and me a turkey sandwich). It took forever to get it so of course it was cold. Waiter was less seen at this moment. The floor where we first walked in was still dirty with food. The table across from us left and there was food all over the floor as well. So the busser came by and cleaned the table and the cart and bins she was using were nasty. The coffee cup i got looked like it was years old with old coffee stains permanently stained to it. So the hostess moves those two tables apart with the food still on the floor and proceeds to sit a new couple down . the people were stepping all around the food that they noticed. This place was very nasty and it was our first and last time here!
Open 24/7 which I like cause I always Dine-In after 1am. I like that it’s smoking late night.Seems like they been “short staffed” only one waitress & one cook for the past 3 months.They always get my order correct when I dine-in.There’s a nice waitress I forgot her name, only flaw is everytime I go, the waitress and cook are always sitting in the dinning room just on their phones smoking which is very unprofessional. The cook I think her name is Kenzie she’s lazy. She’s the one that sits down on her phone the most hacking up a lung. The cook Kenzie Is super lazy and unprofessional
My baby, husband and I went in about 10 am and left because we never had a waiter, we got sat with trash all around us, the table was sticky and gross. We waited probably 10 minutes and never saw an employee. As we went to leave we were LOCKED INSIDE. The front door that’s always supposed to be open during business hours was locked! Never in my life has that happened. I had to unlock a business's door to get out. Worst experience at a restaurant in my life.
