I thought that BS where the employees half scoop meat into your order had been stopped at Chipotle, but not at this one. I ordered double chicken. I didn't say "give me two half scoops of chicken and charge me more". Just give me what I ordered.
This Chipotle is not up to par with others. I've ordered three times for my family and every single time there was something left out of the order. The first couple times I chocked it up to being new and getting the kinks worked out, but no I think it's just this location. I think I'll pass on this one for now.
Meh, if you are a walk in customer you usually have to wait a really long time while they prioritize drive through and online orders over you, standing there.....waiting in line. They dedicate all of their employees to every other task in the building other than putting people on the line or helping you to get in and out in a timely manner.Not to mention most of the employees are kind of jerks to you, the paying customer. Not friendly, even downright rude at times. There are exceptions of course but for the most part don't expect a cheery, happy attitude from anyone at this location.I've eaten here several times and experienced long wait times almost every time. +1 stars for a clean location.
based on my experience on this branch, 95% of the time orders come great which is higher than other branches I tried. They barely mess up doordash order. I order very regularly and I would recommend this branch. Staff are also very friendly and generous with toppings.
Very poorly run Chipotle. Unfriendly and disengaged staff. Plus, the portions are smaller than other Chipotles - small enough to feel like you were ripped off. Store is nice as it is relatively new.
It's a chipotle. You either like it or don't. Service through the drive up window took a while but not horrible. All Chipotle's are consistent and this one is not an exception.
This is without a doubt the poorest managed Chipotle I've ever encountered. Employees move like sloths. Average wait time in the drive through is 20+ minutes. Horrible customer service.
2 stars for not getting food poison. 1st problem where are the adults? No one talks to you or smiles.. they all look like they hate working here. Dirty dirty dirty in the kitchen side. The store is empty yet meat is not available.. pretty sad.
Placed order online through chipotle app. My address was given through the app. Chipotle 3rd Partied my order with DoorDash and my address did not verify through door dash……so it automatically put a different address of what was similar to the street name…in a different town… the phone number tell you to go back to the app and complete surveys and ANNOYING TIME WASTING THINGS just to get my money back. Would rather skin myself alive than ever order chipotle again
Your employee who made our burrito didn't seem all that interested in being there. The area where the individual food containers were was somewhat messy and needed to be cleaned. The selection of ingredients to put in the burrito was lacking. The burrito was rather bland. Will not return.
