always great service and food!
I want to give a big Thank You to Trace and Alexis at the Magnolia location for their help tonight. The order I placed online earlier this evening l, that was to be delivered via Door Dash, never arrived after the driver picked it up. There was no luck getting a response from the driver. No idea what happened with him. Trace and Alexis were able to help me get that sorted out as this was my second time using Door Dash. A different driver was assigned and a new order was made and delivered on time by a really nice woman named Barbara. Everything in my order was correct and delicious. Thank you!
Great service by Ellie. They were busy, but she was very attentive. Food was delicious and they handled my special order correctly.
Very nice people. But, didn't get what I ordered. Wasn't told how to use the payment machine on the far side of the table. Which was turned away from me. Waited for the waitress to come help. Never came. Finally had to use the bathroom. Came back and had all the staff glaring at me like I was?? I don't have. Went back to the table. Sat. Waited. Finally thought to turn the machine around. Figured out how to pay. Left with gate glares given to me from every one. But-- my waitress was very sweet the whole time
Went here about a week ago and my server, I believe her name was Ellie, provided a spectacular experience for me. My food was was very fast and her smile was contagious. I will definitely be back and I hope I get her again!!!
Service was good. Food came out quick. Team work and Fifo was clearly used at this location.
Never can go wrong with Chili's. Wide variety of food. Great staff. Seemed a bit short staffed, but managers were assisting by taking food to tables and refilling drinks.That bottomless soup and salad is amazing.
Tried the lunch portion chicken fajitas. Weird orange sauce on top of the grilled chicken breast. Rice was puzzling with the only flavor being soy sauce....not good! Not on Eleaf of cilantro in the entire dish. Waiter stayed out of sight until almost the end of the meal when we were able to flag him down for water refills. Possibly the saddest attempt at fajitas I have ever had. Won't be going back any time soon.

Terrible, disrespectful waitresses. Not friendly, actually rude. If you want to spend a good time with family. Don’t go there.
