Something has changed with their chicken!The coating sticks to your mouth and under your tongue? What the heck are they using now? Used to be the place to get good chicken fingers but not anymore..,, the corporation’s quality community needs to check into what has gone wrong at this location! Help!
I called in my order and when I arrived to pick up my chicken I noticed a special so I changed my order. Well I didn’t get my changed order the rolls were missing as well as the extra two pieces of chicken. But what really is the deal breaker is they will not answer their phone.
The girl at the drive thru could not understand what I was saying after the 3rd time I told her then proceeded to tell me their intercom was old and for me to calm down really? Take a lesson from the lady that took your place. She actually wanted to make sure my order was right. You calm down and act like you want to work in customer service.
If you can get the strips fresh they're nice and spicy. The fries aren't bad either.
Good food, quick Service, prices are on par with what you get. Staff is always friendly.
The lady that took our order was excellent and very kind. The food was fresh and delicious!! We be back.
We frequently dine here. Gradually over time things are going downhill. They didn't have any chicken prepared during dinner hours. Also the ice machine wasn't working at all. The staff was standing around chatting to them selves instead of taking orders or getting ice.
Ate dinner here and it was very good. Had the tender meal, with half spicy and regular tenders. The spicy tenders are very spicy, so be ready for the bite...They were very fresh, as were the potatoes and gravy. The roll was very fresh. As always the sweet tea is awesome. The young lady helping us was very polite and courteous... Will definitely return to this place of business...
Your Chicken is absolutely amazing y'all! Please don't change a thing about it. It is perfect delicious goodness that tops just about anything out there! You're definitely my number one favorite Chicken place???
Great food but the worst staff. More often than not orders are wrong. Call in orders are hit or miss. You're rolling the dice with this location.
