I've been pretty consistently disappointed with the food here. I try to only get salads if I go to this location because anytime I get something cooked it doesn't seem right, either the flavor is off or it's overcooked. On one occasion the bun was so overdone it was completely solid and inedible. Today I got a chicken sandwich and cookie, both of which were over done and dry. I usually go out of my way to a different location if I want a good chicken sandwich.
Why 1 star? 4th time coming here where order is wrong, and same error is occurring. Continue to order deluxe and get deluxe spicy despite warning “not spicy, just the regular one”Puzzled why this store cannot deliver the normal chik fila experience of other stores.
I been here many times and every time was a great experience even the one time I got the wrong sandwich was still great.. they fixed it and that was a long time ago and they were very busy. I highly recommend this place. A lovely man named Martin was so pleasant and friendly really makes coming here with my kids enjoyable. Seems we really want Chick-fil-A on sundays but you win some you lose some.
Delicious as always but I have noticed a decline in customer service skills particularly in the morning crew. They smile initially then are stone faced and monotone, rarely do I get a “my pleasure” here. Shoutout to Tobias as he is the only one in a week who has told me “my pleasure”. Not only that he said it incredibly enthusiastically! I will update this to a 5star whenever I get consistent my pleasures after I say thank you!
Chickfila has always been a favorite of our families for many reasons, but last night they exceeded my expectations. I told my kids after baseball practice that I would get them chickfila, only to realize once I pulled up to order that I had left my card at home on accident. I told the young man taking my order that I was going to have to cancel it because I couldn’t pay, but he insisted that it was ok. I told him I couldn’t let him do that, but again he insisted. He said that they would take care of it. That was so incredibly sweet of them to do, and they definitely helped avoid a meltdown of 2 boys that would have left hungry and disappointed. Thank you CFA for always having the best customer service!!!
For the first time in I think history Chick-fil-A actually forgot something in my order. But we called the manager and they made it right immediately while also apologizing to us.
Super nice employees as always. But the quality of food is slipping. Our half filled fries is not the first time orders here have been missed or not right. A quality check would be nice prior to bagging.
