Bad experience:- 90% of the time the icecream machine is broken- closing time is supposed to be at 10 pm and always is closed at 9 pm keeping the drive thru “open” till 10pm. Is you order throughout the BK app they won’t service you after 9:30 pm so you have to claim your payment reimbursement in the app- If you arrive around 9:15 (drive thru) they won’t attend you but if you ordered thru the app you have to honk and for sure the manager will attend you reluctantly.THE WORSE BK Nationwide!
Wish I could give half a star for the cashier instead of the restaurant. This restaurant needs better employees.I waited for about 10 minutes at the speaker to order my meal after ordering I have been waiting on my order for over 40 minutes in the drive thru. Noticed several people come after me in the drive thru line and as well as inside the restaurant and still no order. I went into the restaurant after about 35 minutes from the time I ordered my meal and asked what’s taking so long. The female cashier looked at me like I was inconveniencing her about asking where my order was, she then tried to make an excuse on why my order was taking long ( I ordered 4 burgers, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks) not a big order. After I went back to my car to wait a couple of minutes more for my order, the manager came out to apologize for my wait. Instead of the cashier letting me know my ordered was accidentally taken by someone else they made me feel like they forgot and didn’t care about leaving outside waiting. This restaurant needs to better train their employees on customer service.
Its burger king. Better than some I have been too for sure. These folks really did better than I expected.
Service is decent but the weirdest thing about this location is they always short you on cheese. Order a bacon king, it's gonna have one piece of cheese every time. If my wife orders a double it's the same thing. I thought it was maybe a one time mistake buts it's been a half dozen times now. No other location does this but this is the closest one.
Food sucked didn’t even give me The right order teenagers kids doing horrible job . And you have employees flirting with each other instead of taking orders .
The manager Shawnee is one of the most hardworking, caring, hands-on people you can find. My food has always been hot and fresh, and always worth waiting for.The employees are warm and welcoming, and the store is always kept clean and presentable for guests.This Burger King is the only one I will go to!P.S. bring the Diet Dr Pepper back on the tap!! ?
Ignore anyone who is posting within the last year about something being out of stock. Do you not realize we are in a pandemic and there are shortages on everything? All food places are suffering with this not just this location.Everyone who works at this location is amazing and does their job well for being short staffed and whatever other problems there are.The manager Shawnee does her best and succeeds she is the best manager I've ever know.
Stop here driving across country. The service was excellent. The food was great. And the restaurant was very clean. Very nice place to stop and eat!

Poor customer service provided by individual behind counter. He appeared to have an attitude. I will never go back and will not recommend this restaurant to my neighbors and friends. The food was over cooked fries were cold and onion rings were hard. Was given wrong milk shake.
