This is the best pizza place I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few! The guys who work here are extremely kind and great at what they do. Whole process is done from scratch before your eyes, and the wait times are great for the quality pizza you get. I ordered an extra large pepperoni and waited less than 10 minutes which is less than even the fast food joints around here. Super friendly (and delicious) place that I’ll definitely return to and recommend to everyone ^-^
Great pizza. Unfortunately, this is the second time that I have ordered a meat lovers pizza, picked it up, brought it home, and it had no meat on it.. last time, we just ate it, thinking it was just a one time mistake. After all, it is a MEAT LOVERS PIZZA. Obviously not. If you do order take out from here, make sure you open the box prior to leaving. We ended up calling and they asked us to bring the pizza back in and they would make a new one... Well, we got there and then had to wait for it to be made... 30 min. They are at 1488 and 2978, so traffic is always bad, so one hour later, we were eating at 8pm. There are other choices in this neighborhood for pizza so we will probably not be back.
Being from NY, I love pizza. I’ve tried so many different places since moving to texas nearly 3 years ago. Brothers has by far been the best place to get a good slice. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Went to Brothers Pizza Express for the first time to have a pizza party for my kids basketball team. The owner was very nice and the place was perfect for a kids pizza party or get together. Pizza was reasonable priced as long as you were getting a single topping. For example $3 for a slice of Cheese or Pepperoni and the slices was nice size. The fancier the pizza the more expensive it gets. . . a slice of basically a supreme pizza is $6 which I thought was a bit high. They have other food items like calzones and pasta as well, which again I thought were priced high but I did not try them so I can't comment as to if the price was justifiable. While the owner was great, the high school girls working the register needed some customer service training as they acted like they were miserable being there. All and all it was not bad, I would go back.
The pizza is always good. Depends on who is work the counter. I waited 25 minutes for a salty cheesesteak and my slice while I waited was burnt to a crisp. Lucky for them I like it burnt … BTW my slice was not huge! PS Jersey Mike’s Philly cheesesteak is a lot closer to the real thing. 3/4/22 12pm
great pizza. gets really busy and they struggle with organization but the pizza is worth it.
I ordered 2 large pizzas for pick up. When I asked for parmesan & red pepper she gave me 2. When I asked for more she said she could only give out 2 per customer very rudely. 2 large pizzas for 6 people & you give me 2. Won’t be back. Pizza was over cooked as well most of it got tossed because it was so tough.
After years in Texas I have finally found that authentic NYC taste.A true Pizzeria!
Brothers, brothers, brothers. …… order was placed over the telephone at 5:42 PM we drove over at 6:30 PM to pay and pick up the pie; which we thought was a very reasonable time frame but we find out now the pizza was just placed into the oven @7pm. Is this reasonable? Is this the right standard? Ask these questions as this is not the first time this has happened and I want you to be successful. It’s a matter of time that other competitors will come into this marketplace and we will be compelled to go in a different direction because of the miss management of the food ticket.I share this review not to be nitpicky but hopefully help you identify areas for improvement so that you have longevity in your business model.7:13pm and still no pizza.12/20- I absolutely love the businesses response to my feedback; it’s proof they want to improve as they have accepted responsibility and sounds like they are going to execute a good plan; moving the stars up as a result of the response
Pretty disappointed. I'm always happy to wait for my order because the pizza is worth it. Placed my order around 8pm and it said delivery would be close to 10pm. Waited around and finally decided to call and I'm glad I did. I was told that my order was either never made or the delivery driver didn't take it. Not sure but I was offered a refund. Glad I waited around for 2 hours for nothing.
